Amazing staff!! 5 stars wasn't enough! Dr. McAuthur, Raven, Kevin, Rachel and Sara provided exceptional service! I can't say enough great things about this office. This was my first visit and I felt so comfortable. I highly recommend them!!

Recently, I broke my glasses and was relieved that I had purchased the protection plan. I was told they would be replaced at no charge, which I appreciated. They did a temporary fix on my broken glasses while I waited for the new pair. However, when I went to pick up the new pair, they refused to give them to me because I did not have the old, broken glasses. At no point was I informed that I would need to bring the damaged pair, and the email notification I received did not mention this requirement. I was genuinely surprised and disappointed by how this was handled, especially as a long-time customer. Clear communication would have prevented the situation entirely, and showing some appreciation for me being a loyal customer, they could have offered to give me my new pair and bring the old pair in at my next appointment, which happens to be this coming Saturday. Because of this experience, I have cancelled both of our upcoming appointments and will start looking for a new provider. Loyalty goes both ways.

Dr. Shiau is fantastic! I always feel heard, and I leave seeing better. He's brilliant, treats everyone with respect, and he and his office staff are kind and make things as easy and quick as possible for the patient. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Dr Shiau and staff!

This place is amazing. Sara helped me pick out glasses and was super honest - exactly what I asked for. Everyone in this office is extremely kind and provides top tier service.

This was a horrible experience from start to finish - it was not communicated well the visit would be tele-health and Daniel Beck was AWFUL - he was rude and dismissive and honestly should get his license revoked and never work again. The technician was lovely, and professional, and deserves to be working someplace far better than a strip mall capitalism healthcare scam office. Do yourself a favor and give your business to literally anywhere else

Sara was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I have a small face for an adult and she went above and beyond and n helping me find the best frames.

Just got my new night driving glasses to help with light sensitivity and astigmatism and I got to test them to the max last night with driving at night in the rain. Astigmatism who???? Not me! Thank you to the entire staff for being so helpful.

I had a positive experience with the doctor. He was kind and helpful when I brought my child in for a visit. However, the front desk staff was a different story. In person, I had booked an appointment for myself, but when I arrived, I was told it had been canceled because I "didn't respond" to a call the day before. No one had informed me that I needed to confirm or that the appointment was at risk of being canceled. I didn't do it for my child's appointment. The main reason I ignored their call was that, about a week earlier I had received a random call from the office offering a noon appointment, even though I never asked to be put on a waitlist. Communication seems disorganized. What really bothered me was the attitude of the front desk staff. The way I was spoken to felt dismissive and rude, as if I owed her something. There was no empathy or attempt to understand the situation. I didn't reschedule the appointment (they actually didn't even bother to offer ). Will find another branch for my family and myself.
