My experience at this location was excellent. Although the staff appeared to be short-handed, they dedicated their time to ensure that all customers' needs were addressed. Keyosha was particularly helpful, demonstrating attentiveness, support, and patience while I selected the appropriate glasses for myself. Brittany also excelled in managing several customers simultaneously. Overall, my experience here was outstanding, and I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

Denise and Brittney were great. Actually the entire staff made this a good experience. The front desk person provided assistance since I was having trouble seeing the forms. Brittany was patient and pleasant. Denise was the best help I've ever had with choosing frames and lens. She took the time to educate me and ask the right questions to help me find what would be the best fit for my needs. She also paid close attention to making sure I got the most out of my benefits.

The staff was wonderful and helped me get an exam and select a new pair of glasses! There was a brief hiccup with insurance but that had more to do with my provider vs myeyedr. I had a complaint about billing, it was quickly and professionally resolved, so ultimately a positive experience. Most large corps will tell you to kick rocks when you have an issue but myeyedr seemed to care deeply about retaining me as a customer and they will at this point.

Appointment was thorough and quick! All staff exhibited excellent customer service skills and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Special thanks to CeCe, Denise, and the lady at the check-in desk, (don't remember her name), they were awesome! They informed me of everything I needed to know. I wasn't pressured to buy glasses when I said I'd order online. Dr. Montgomery was personable, polite, and explained everything perfectly! Excellent service all the way through my time at MyEyeDr., New Bern Ave.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the team at My Eye Doctor, especially Kim at the front desk. Kim went above and beyond to get me scheduled, and she even called to notify me when an earlier appointment became available. Kim's attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness truly made a difference. Even on a busy day, she continued to check in and make sure I was receiving excellent service. I also want to thank The rest of the staff for being so pleasant and welcoming. The entire experience was smooth, organized, and comforting from start to finish. A very special thank-you to Dr. Starnes, who provided exceptional care. She explained every step of the procedure with clarity and patience, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, warmth, and thoroughness were genuinely appreciated. The atmosphere at this location is wonderful--clean, inviting, and supported by a team that truly cares. There is plenty of free parking, and they offer a great selection of frames and contact lenses. After the experience I had here, I am confident that I will continue receiving my eye care services at this location. Despite what I previously went through at the Garner location on Vandora Springs Rd! The team, here at New Bern Ave showed me what true customer care looks like. I am grateful for their support and I look forward to returning to use my $400 allotment toward the frames I selected--with their continued help, of course. I had a great experience at this office. They were so polite and genuine, they brought a smile to my face and created great conversation during my exam. Denise was my eye wear consultant and she treated me like I was family. Denise really took her time and made sure I had no problems. I will definitely be going back to this location even though it is not the closest one to my house.

Was a little hesitant to visit this location because of the reviews, I did have to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time, but overall, had a great experience with Jazz and Dr Couch. Jazz was very kind and went above and beyond to help get me taken care of. I saw Dr. Couch through a telehealth visit and she took the time to go over everything, definitely not your typical rushed appointment which was greatly appreciated!
