Staff at the Six Forks Rd was excellent! Friendly, diligent and even fixed my Quay sunglasses! These sunglasses were not from any MyEyeDr offices, so I am really grateful for their service!

Had a great experience overall. Dr. Julia was great for my eye checkup. Then Angelica and Malik were just as great in helping me w/ lens choices etc. People in reception were friendly and helpful as well. Def would recommend anyone to this location!

Front desk staff, technicians, and doctor were all very friendly and helpful! However, when choosing my frames, they were unhelpful and rushing, and seemed to have better things to be doing than assisting me. I'd go to any of the other locations in the area to not have that experience again.

Talk about Bait and Switch! I spent an hour pricing my Rayban eye glasses. Susie and I worked to get to a price of $239. When I called back to order the glasses, the person said that the glasses were $589, and that was with a 40% discount!?!?! I can buy 3 pair of Rayban sunglasses for that price. How can one person give me a price that is $350 less than what they really cost! I will NEVER return to a My Eye Dr. Buyer beware!

I was told that my eye exam would be covered by insurance once every two years, and that I'd only have to pay around $45 out of pocket. That sounded reasonable, until six months later, a surprise bill for $221 showed up! This feels incredibly unfair and deceptive. I didn't get any special treatment or additional services that justify this charge. And i was told my eyes are very healthy without any odd symptoms at all! Patients shouldn't have to deal with hidden billing tactics or be blindsided by inflated charges months after a routine, supposedly covered exam. This kind of practice seriously damages trust -- and it needs to STOP!!!

I went in there for contacts and Jordana was such an amazing help. The whole process and experience with her was amazing 10/10, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend and coming back!

I had an amazing experience at MyEyeDr. The office staff, both on the phone and at the desk, were so incredibly accommodating, polite, and quick! Dr. Ward saw me and removed a foreign object in my eye. He was so nice, worked very quick, and got the object out of my eye no problem! This was my first time at an eye doctor and I would 100% recommend scheduling with Dr. Ward and this office. Thank you again to Dr. Ward and the amazing staff here!
