Dr. Glover and Tech Nelly are the BEST. I had been to another My Eye Doctor after I moved and was unsuccessful. I had to come back to Brier Creek. The 39 mile travel is worth it. I could see better immediately during our visit. He is definitely gifted in the area and customer service is phenomenal!

My experience was awesome from the very beginning. The assistant for Dr. Glover(i forgot her name, please forgive me) was great! She did a great job! Dr. Glover was very professional & thorough. I believe he cares for his patients. I hope to schedule with him again if possible. And then Ms. Nelly was awesome! She has great knowledge & explains with clarity. All of them made my experience wonderful!!! I would definitely work with them again.

I had a great experience at my eye doctor in Brier Creek! The whole visit was smooth and pleasant. The technician, Nelly, was amazing -- super friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and just really sweet. She made the exam feel comfortable and easy. Morgan, who helped me order my contacts, was great as well. She explained everything clearly and made the process simple. Highly recommend this office

Dr. Glover and Annika are always a pleasure--professional, kind, and welcoming every single visit. Kristen, the eyewear consultant, truly stood out and deserves special recognition. She is absolutely phenomenal--so sweet, patient, and genuinely caring. I had the most amazing time working with her. She took the time to explain everything perfectly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Her warmth and expertise made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had, and Kristen played a huge role in that. I highly recommend MyEyeDr to anyone looking for outstanding care and exceptional service!

Came in to do my yearly eye exam for a virtual visit. I worked with the tech Nelly. She was great! She completed all the eye exams and imaging to prepare for the virtual visit. She was so thorough and friendly. I saw Dr. Couch virtually and she was so amazing! Very personable. Additionally, I worked with Ilan for glasses and contacts! He worked so hard to help me get the best deal.

I had a very disappointing experience at my eye doctor in Briea Creek, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Kyle. I went in to get a lens replaced in my $300 Ray-Ban glasses because the prescription was too strong for me. Instead of simply putting in the new lenses I provided, Kyle insisted that I needed to undergo another eye exam, which I already found unnecessary. I tried to explain my situation, asking him to just request the lab to put in the 2.0 lenses I had given him, but he wouldn't budge and kept pushing for me to pay for an additional exam. Thankfully, another young lady stepped in to assist, showing that not everyone there shares Kyle's attitude. When I expressed my frustration and mentioned that I would be writing a review, Kyle bluntly stated that he didn't care. This lack of concern for customers is unacceptable. I truly hope that Kyle receives better training in customer service, as his approach was not only unhelpful but also frustrating. Be cautious if you find yourself dealing with Kyle--he may very well try to make you pay extra for services you don't need. Overall, I was left feeling disheartened by the experience and would not recommend this place based on my interaction with him.

Nelly (tech) was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Kuester was great and answered all my questions and explained everything well. Kyle was also superb! He made the whole buying process comfortable and got me the best deal! Over all great customer service from everyone! I look forward to my annual eye appointments because of the great customer service! Kind, friendly, caring, smiling, & knowledgeable

I had an amazing experience with my eye exam. Nelly was an excellent tech who was hospitable, kind and thorough. She takes her job very seriously and Dr. Keaveney was wonderful too.
