Dr. Prabakaran is truly an amazing ophthalmologist. She has such a warm bedside manner and always takes the time to explain every step of the treatment in a way that makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for. You can tell she genuinely cares about his patients. The entire staff is wonderful everyone is kind, helpful, and professional. The front desk is always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit feel easy and stress-free. I also want to mention the office administrator, Adriana. She is such a great person patient, understanding, and always willing to help. Her kindness really stands out and makes the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this office

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. P and Lexi, and I can confidently say they are both amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The entire process was smooth and well-organized, making my experience pleasant. During the appointment, I was thoroughly informed about my options. Dr. P took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood each choice available to me. Lexi was equally supportive, making the environment welcoming and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. P and Lexi for anyone looking for a caring and professional experience!

I can say that there are many people in the world who have lost their ability to serve the public. However Lexie is top notch and this organization would be crazy to lose her. She was so polite, knowledgeable, intelligent, and well versed in the service that they offered. She allowed me to ask questions and never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about my questions. Lexie thank you for your kindness and dedication to your craftsmanship.

Lexie has been absolutely amazing. She is the BEST thing walking. She has truly been a Godsent to my mom and I and so supportive during her cataract surgery experience. NCO has been a joy to work with in general. I pray that this practice keeps her forever. Thank you Lexie for everything!

This experience was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. For starters the Dr we saw was - Vinod Jindal We had a scheduled appointment at 1:30 PM and checked in at 1:22 PM, yet we waited over two hours to be seen. During this time, there was no communication, no explanation, and no acknowledgment from the staff regarding the excessive delay. One staff member did comment on the wait stating that when this provider Dr. J is in their Raleigh location he likes to pack the schedule with 80+ patients per day rather than the normal 40 patients per day they normally see when he is not at this location. Again no regard for patients time or care just about the money. Even more concerning, multiple patients who checked in after us were called back before we were, indicating a clear lack of organization and fairness in patient scheduling. After waiting more than two hours, the doctor spent approximately five minutes in the room. The quality of care was overshadowed by his rude, dismissive, and disrespectful behavior. He appeared rushed, showed no bedside manner, and spoke in a condescending tone. When questions were asked, he responded by saying, "Are you listening?" -- an entirely inappropriate and unprofessional remark. When his behavior was addressed, he stated that he had been seeing patients all day and acknowledged that we were tired of waiting, yet offered no apology. When it was pointed out that a simple apology would have been appropriate after such an excessive wait, he stated that he usually apologizes -- but did not do so in this case. This response demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and respect for patients. This visit was especially difficult because we were accompanied by a 4-year-old child with ADHD/autism, and expecting a young child to remain calm in a waiting room for over two hours is unreasonable. The staff and physician showed no compassion, patience, or consideration for this situation. We have visited this office in the past and did not have this experience, which makes this visit even more alarming. Something has clearly changed, and not for the better. The scheduling system, patient flow, and professionalism of both staff and provider need immediate review. This visit was a complete waste of time, extremely stressful, and handled with a level of disrespect that no patient should experience. We will be reconsidering any future care at this location. EDITED TO ADD- There is NOTHING false about the doctors interaction with me. In fact I have the entire interaction on my phone.

My appointment was scheduled and I was seeing before Time, which I thought was very good. My nurses and the associates were very kind. Very thoughtful. I've been to several Eye Care centers. This is the first one I've ever seen sanitize the chin and forehead straps every time the doctor was very informative and very casual easy to talk to and answer all my questions to my satisfaction would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Came in today for a check up on swelling around my eyes and I did see Dr. Samantha Prabakaran & she was amazing . She gave me some great & helpful advice on keeping my eyes clean and refreshed and gave me a prescription to help my dry eye issues! While here I also had a B-12 injection which will hopefully give me some energy and help with my dry eye issues! Staff was amazing as well - will be returning in 2 weeks for a follow up!

Dr. Prabakaran is an excellent ophthalmologist with outstanding bedside manner. He takes the time to clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options, which really puts patients at ease. The staff is wonderful, and the front desk is always friendly and welcoming. The office runs smoothly thanks to the amazing Office Administrator.
