The staff at North Raleigh Family Eyecare are amazing. They provided excellent customer service. Dr. Griffin and her team are very knowledgeable and they took their time to answer all my questions. As a first time contact lens wearer, I was a little nervous about the whole process. I have astigmatism and presbyopia. Dr. Griffin offered different options explaining the pros and cons of each so I could make an informed decision. I was so impressed with the care I received.

Had a cornea abrasion few years ago. Was able to get an immediate appointment. Thorough exam done and the results were phenomenal! One prescription and like magic, it was cured! I was in a lot of pain and within 1 day I was back to normal! Wonderful and friendly staff! Definitely a pleasant experience!

Totally worth 10 Stars in my opinion! We've been going to North Raleigh Family Eyecare for several years now. Love Dr. Griffith, she is very knowledgable and takes time to answer any concerns we may have. The staff is amazing too! Amanda at the front desk is a breath of fresh air. Always welcoming, and friendly. Love that we never free rushed when checking in or out. Michelle is another fav.....she is very talented in helping you select the right glasses, getting the right measurements and takes the time to check your insurance plan to be sure you know what is covered and not covered by insurance. She is a rock star!

North Family Eye Care is excellent. Dr. Griffin is very thorough and explains your eye condition so that you understand about your vision. Also, they do a great job fitting you for glasses.

I moved to the Raleigh area a couple of years ago and had put off my annual eye exam. It's always tough to go to a new provider because you are not sure what to expect. I will say that North Raleigh Family Eyecare exceeded my expectations! Dr. Griffin took the time to explain each part of my exam so that I understood the results clearly. The office staff was kind, efficient and super friendly! My new lenses and frames were ordered and available for pickup in a timely manner. I also had some additional questions about by invoice, so Todd took the time to make sure that I understood each line item. He really went the extra mile and it was apparent that he understood the true meaning of "customer service". A fantastic experience and many thanks to the entire staff!

I love coming here! Doctor Stephanie Griffith and her team were so welcoming! All of the staff you can really tell loved being here. Doctor Griffith was very thorough and took time with this appointment and answering any questions that I had. It is so nice to go to a place that feels like family instead of you just being a patient. I look forward to returning!

All the staff and Dr. Griffin are great! The ladies helped me pick out the perfect frames and made sure I was able to get a special rebate from my insurance. Dr. Griffin listened to my concerns and explained my results while taking her time. I can't wait until my next yearly exam!

I have been seeing Dr. Griffin ever since I moved to Raleigh several years ago. She is always professional and friendly and answers all of my questions clearly. I wear contacts with no trouble, but do have eyeglasses as a backup. Last year I purchased a new pair from the office to replace the very old pair I had. The staff member who assisted me was extremely helpful and patient, helping me sift through all the options. I highly recommend North Raleigh Family Eyecare!
