I don't understand why people with not a pleasant experience still give a 5 star. I'm sorry but not me. Here's why: As a financial service professional I deliver a top-notch customer experience to ALL of my clients and no clients as well. My very first time with REC, as soon as I went in, 2 front desk ladies did not lift their face to acknowledge me, Good morning or whatever. One of them just asked how can I help you? Very serious and unprofessional. I provided my name and gave me some forms to fill out. Her last sentence was "you have to bring this back when checking out". The technician Hispanic young lady called me right away. SHOUT-OUT to her. SUPER sweet, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have to recognize her for her outstanding job! (5 stars just for her). Dr. Tailor, very nice, professional, friendly. BTW, she was the ONLY one who asked me if it was my first time and welcomed me. Everything fine with her. Check-out ladies, just to the point. Not rude but not friendly either. Just ok. Overall, awful customer service except for Dr. Tailor and the Hispanic young lady (technician). For office managers, owners, partners: with a lot of competition out there, customer experience is ABSOLUTELY important. So, consider training your staff properly, have them to read Shep Hyken books or simply write them up. I'm sorry! But from the customers perspective, "perception is reality" and you guys may loose patients just because the poor customer experience. Keep that in mind. Thanks!

Preliminary work up was thorough, efficient and handled by a very qualified and professional employee. Dr. Tunis is excellent. He is extremely smart and knows his work. His easy going demeanor is calming and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Tunis and his team.

I have been going to Raleigh Eye Center for long time. I see Dr. Boliek, he is great! Very good at explaining things to me and he answers my questions so that I understand. I had cataract surgery last year, both eyes but one month apart.He was so gentle and kind, and his soft quiet voice made me feel very relaxed.He is wonderful! And the staff are too. I would not go anywhere else!

I was already in love with this practice for mine and my mom's glasses and eye care. Then my husband needed his 1st pair of glasses. Getting older... And Raleigh Eye Center understood the assignment! They look great, work great, and he loves them.

Dr. Machiele is very experienced in his field of Ophthalmology. As a new patient, I have seen him three times. My latest visit was for possible cataract surgery in both eyes due to vision loss in both. My options were explained in detail and I made the decision to move on with the surgery and what lens would be used. Scheduling of the surgeries were made around future events I already had in place. Very satisfied at this point.

Have been a patient for many years. Have always had a great experience with the staff and Doctors. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of the services this office provides.

The staff is super friendly and professional. Their equipment is top-notch and Dr. Hunt is first rate. We are very impressed with this office.

Dr. Machiele is the type of doctor we all want to interact with. Professional, warm, caring, a good listener, and excellent "bedside" manner. The staff were also wonderful.
