I thought I would be waiting for a long time, as you always do when visiting a Doctor. This was far from true. This was my first visit so I had forms to fill out. I had only put my name and address on it as they called me in. The technician was extremely personable as he took pics of my eye. Was highly trained as by how he worked through getting through everything. He covered EVERYTHING. When he was done the PA came in to the room in less than 30 seconds. She was very nice. She remembered everything we spoke about on our phone call, right down to my dogs name. She went over everything, I mean everything. When she asked me if I had questions, I was surprised that I had none. I always ask questions of the doctors. Again, I had none. On a scale of zero through five, five being the best, I would give them a 25+. Yes, that good.

I had the location of my appointment confused and was at the Cary office instead of the Falls of Neuse office. Despite the 20-minute drive between the two places, I was cheerfully greeted and was still able to see Dr. Rubinstein. He did not act rushed, and took sufficient time to examine me and explain my options. I was very pleased with the interaction. He was knowledgeable about my condition and what could be done about it, told me to take my time to decide and did not push me either way.

Dr. Rubinstein was thorough and the incision looks great. Because of his skill the repair was much smaller than it could have been. Very thankful!

Everyone was wonderful from scheduling to nurses and doctors. Facility was awesome! First time there. I got along very well with procedure. Thanks to everyone

I went for my first appointment today with Dr Tal Rubinstein. I was very impressed with him. He was very attentive and kind. He took the time to explain my whole procedure as well as answered any questions that I might have.
