Friendly, informational and GREAT STAFF. Front desk girlies were awesome. Elijah was great and fun with the kids. Dr. Sohi diligent in his work and extremely proficient, and nice as well. The lady with the clear glasses ( when it's time to pick your frames ) AH MAZE ING! Lol helped my teenager daughter pick the correct sizing and framing for her face and "hip enough" for the timing! Thank you all so much so glad we found this facility.

Today was my first session for LLLT; laser procedure for severe dry eye disease. From the moment I walked in to reception, until the moment I left, was good vibes. Front desk lady was very nice, the technician that took me back was nice and attentive, and the doctor was great. He was thorough and fast, so i didn't worry too much. I'm looking forward to session 2. I'll be back after all sessions.

Change to 3* for their effort to correct the problem. 1 STAR - Completely Unprofessional, Money-Driven, Zero Follow-Up This place is beyond disappointing. It's clear that Sohi Eye Care only cares about taking your money, not about patients. I brought my daughter here almost TWO MONTHS AGO for an eye exam and glasses. They pushed her into getting contact lenses instead, and after that -- complete silence. No phone call. No update. No explanation why it was taking so long. After waiting nearly two months, I had to call THEM, and guess what? They had no idea what was going on. No record of an issue, no tracking, no accountability. That alone tells you how poorly this office is run. They advertise a "free eye exam", but then say they "don't use dilation drops anymore" and charge an extra $40 for a so-called "new exam method." That feels extremely misleading and honestly sounds like a cash grab. This office has a pattern. My mom previously came in for ingrown eyelashes, and they convinced her to use some red-light machine treatment that cost hundreds of dollars, was NOT covered by insurance, and did absolutely NOTHING to help her. The only thing that improved was their bank account. To make things worse, when I called and asked them to investigate my daughter's case and call me back, they never did. No return call. No apology. Nothing. This is not acceptable medical care. Poor communication, questionable billing practices, and zero concern once payment is made. If you value transparency, follow-up, and basic professionalism, go somewhere else.

Today 2/11/26 was my first time visiting. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted. My wait time from checking in to being taken to the back was less than 5 minutes. Everyone I came in contact with were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend to my family, friends and anyone looking for an Eye Doctor.

I had a really challenging visit a while back. The exam felt very rushed and it seemed as though the doctor did not listen to my concerns and did not provide any feedback on improving my eye health. Then, when I tried to order contacts, the prescription they sent me was incorrect. What they provided wasn't even possible to order, which was how the company I tried to order from caught the mistake. It might have been a one-off experience based on other reviews, but I think more attention to detail and better patient care would have made the experience better.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had! Everyone at Sohi Eye Care is so kind, gentle, and professional. Dr. Sohi is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain everything. The office is spotless and has such a relaxing atmosphere. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and stress-free. I can't recommend them enough!! If you're looking for an optometrist who truly cares, this is the place!

I've been seeing Dr Sohi for over 10 years. He has cared for my whole family - always showing genuine compassion and consistent professionalism. His staff is among the most professional and personable I've ever encountered -- they always make me feel welcome and valued. That said, I want to provide a bit of constructive feedback. For many years the wait time was reasonable (no more than 15 minutes). However, over the past year I've had non-emergency visits for different eye issues, called ahead, scheduled an appointment, arrived on time -- and still had to wait 30-50 minutes before being seen. Because I take time off work for the visits, pay for insurance, and still have a $45 copay, these longer waits feel particularly expensive and inconvenient. Overall, I continue to value the excellent care we've received for over a decade. My hope is that the practice can address the scheduling/wait-time issue so that the high level of care and service isn't diminished by delays.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The exam felt rushed, they didn't seem to thoroughly check or tune my vision. When I got my new glasses, the lenses were immediately disorienting to wear. When I brought this up, they suggested it was just an adjustment period due to a minor prescription change or lens material. I've worn glasses for many years and know the difference between normal adjustment and something being wrong. This feels like the latter. A comprehensive eye exam shouldn't feel hurried, and new lenses shouldn't be this disorienting. I expected better care and attention to detail.
