Sohi Eye Care Odpa

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Sohi's office and recommend his office without reservation. I especially appreciated his staff... they were ALL wonderful and made for a WONDERFUL experience. I will definitely visit again and encourage others to do so, as well. I went to Dr. Sohi's Raleigh office for an eye appointment earlier this week. Unfortunately, I showed up late to his office, but when I reached there, I was surprised to see that all of my paperwork was ready and waiting for me. Rather than being upset, Michelle greeted me with a pleasant smile. I was running late for a meeting, so Dr. Sohi worked with me to accelerate the process. However, during the course of the exams run by Deanna, he encountered some results that concerned him. At this point in time, he ordered some additional tests to ensure that everything was ok. Dr. Sohi did a wonderful job of explaining both what he was looking for, as well as the health of my eyes in plain english. He obviously understands his field, but more importantly, is able to explain medical issues in layman's terms. I appreciate both his willingness to accelerate the process, but also to keep priorities straight. (BTW, I ended up missing my meeting, but feeling better about my eye health.) Finally, I had an opportunity to work with Rich to choose my new glasses. He was OBVIOUSLY very knowledgeable about the different types of glasses, and what would look good on my face. I appreciated his assistance and guidance when selecting a frame, and look forward to receiving my new glasses. (I also appreciated the fashion assistance from Michelle! Being fashion-challenged, I appreciated a second opinion.) :-) Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and it's obvious that the team enjoys working together. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Sohi's office and highly recommend him and his team for your eye care needs! I greatly appreciated how warm and welcoming he and his staff are!
