The Eye Center, Crabtree

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this eye center. This was my first eye exam ever. I walked in feeling a little anxious but that feeling disappeared almost immediately. At the front desk, John was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which set the tone for the entire visit. Dr. Ruvina was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel informed and at ease throughout the exam. My technicians, Erica and Oltian, were fantastic! They were patient, comforting, and clear in guiding me through each step. They truly made the process feel easy and stress free. The office is attached to LensCrafters, and AJ went above and beyond helping me pick out my glasses. He made sure I fully understood what my insurance covered and genuinely hyped me up about my choice,making me feel confident and excited walking out. Overall, the entire team made my first eye exam quick, smooth, and anxiety free. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone, especially first timers.

This was my first visit to Dr. Braza, I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Braza was friendly, professional, and very thorough. He validated some things I thought only my eye surgeon could. Dr. Braza was very familiar and really knowledgeable with the eye surgeries I've been through and was able to provide a current analysis of where my eyes are today. Great demeanor, very respectful, I truly felt like a valued customer. I have found my new eye care home. It was a very great experience from check in to check out. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my visit to Lens Crafters today. I had an eye exam and everyone I encountered from check-in to the doctor was pleasant and professional. Then I picked out my frames and lens. The assistant manager help me. She was awesome. She was very honest and helped me pick out the perfect pair.

Just had an exam here for the first time and it went smooth start to finish. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the technician efficiently got me through the first couple tests with a pleasant demeanor, then got me seated for the doctor. The doctor spent time checking my eye health and talking to me about eye history before developing prescriptions for glasses and contacts. He checked my contact fit and gave me a few trial pairs along with the prescriptions. There was some copay but much was covered by my vision insurance. Overall very satisfied with the visit and will be back next year.

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! Olivia was absolutely wonderful--super nice, patient, and efficient. She guided us through every decision, explained all the options clearly, and really helped us choose the best ones without ever making us feel rushed. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. The optometrist was also fantastic--thorough, professional, and friendly. The rest of the staff were just as welcoming and efficient, making the entire visit seamless from start to finish. Overall, this was by far one of the best experiences I've had at an eye care center. Highly recommend asking for Olivia and the team here--you'll be in excellent hands!

Every one in the office was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly. It was easy to get the appointment. Everything went smoothly, they took the time to explain everything, got a sales person from the LensCrafters team, did an introduction and informed the salesperson of the prescription, what I was looking for, and the insurance information. The LensCrafters team was wonderful as well.

Great friendly service and staff. My only negative observation was that my appointment was scheduled for 9:40 am, and I had already filled out my forms online before my appointment , however I wasn't called back to see a technician/doctor until after 10:00am. And it didn't seem like they had reviewed my paperwork. Other than that, my visit was very good and The Dr was awesome! I will definitely see him again.

Dr. Broza and the entire staff at Fox Eye Care in Crabtree Valley Mall are wonderful! I've been going there for years and enjoy it's convenient location and store hours. Everyone is friendly, your appointment is quick and painless and Lenscrafters is right next door, so you can easily get your glasses right there too.
