From beginning to end, my visit was friendly, professional, engaging and efficient. River welcomed me the second I arrived and was very courteous and polite. She also discharged me at the end, again a most respectful manner. Cassie, the optometry technician, is the best example of a professional. She was very exact and efficient with her part of the visit obtaining my relavent information, administering the preliminary exams and rooming. Her instructions were very clear and straightforward. A great asset in her career field and her company. Dr. Tamaklor wasted no time in completing my exam and ensured that my findings were consistent with my exam and gave me reassurance as to my eye health. As a fellow healthcare professional, I'd highly recommend this office. Thank you for your care.

I had an appointment today at The eye center at Triangle Town Center and what a great experience I had. I was greeted by Pedro and he checked me in and started on some preliminary test. He was very personable and made me feel at ease. Dr. Morrison was also very helpful answered my questions. During checkout and checking Elijah provided detailed information regarding my benefits and made sure I had booked my follow up appointment. The staff was amazing and look forward to coming back to this location

Everyone I encountered was lovely and kind. Dr. Morrison was efficient and didn't rush me. Elijah was informative. Pedro was delightful. Unfortunately my experience was tainted by time. I understand it's a busy time of year and I waited for 40 minutes in the exam room. I spent an hour and 40 minutes there total from the time of my appointment until I left. Some unexpected things must have popped up for them.

I was very pleased with my experience today! As soon as I walked in a young man approached me and ask if I needed any help. I told him that I was looking for frames similar to what I was wearing. He quickly started pointing out some and gave me a tray to put the ones I liked on.He was very polite and nice but I didn't get his name. Mel then walked up and started talking over. She quickly started handing me ones she thought I might like. I think she was honest when she told me the ones that I looked best in. I couldn't decide between two of them so I ended up getting both! Mel was great! I will definitely keep coming back!

This place is a joke. It's small and a little squished. It took 30 minutes for us to get a seat. Our appointment was at 4:30 and we did not get in the eye exam room until 5. This is my first time going and my last.

Dr.Morrison was great to be seen by. He was professional but was personable! His team Marissa, Pedro, and Emelda were amazing! They took pride in their jobs and it showed, they were professional but still made me feel right at home! I will be returning and would give 10 stars if i could!
