Triangle Eye Institute - now part of MyEyeDr

Let me first say, that the Doctors and Vision staff are some of the best I have ever worked with. They do a great job with the Eye Exam and always are willing to answer questions. I would never go to a different eye doctor! However, I have not had very good luck with actually purchasing glasses from Triangle Eye Institute. Twice now I have had prices suddenly increase after they reviewed my insurance. I believe increasing the pricing in order to get more from me due to my insurers usual and customary reimbursement. Day of exam I was quoted $100 for high index lenses as an up charge. My insurance will cover %20 percent. However, 2 days later, its $200 for high index lenses. I know what your thinking, It's $100 per lens, I misunderstood. This is not the case. Their other office quote high index at $100 for both lenses, and then honored the price. This is a very professional place, the office is great, and the staff are pleasant and very willing to help you. The Doctors are great and I would never consider another eye doctor. But their dispensing pricing games have caused me to look to other eye care centers. I hate to feel like I'm buying a used car when I'm trying to buy eye glasses.

I've been going to Triangle Eye Institute for years. Dr Said, Dr Khan, Sharon, Juliana, Michelle, Scott, and the rest are all very professional and friendly. The office design is great. Dr Said and Dr Khan are both very caring and knowledgeable. I have been to other offices, and I choose to drive further to come to this superior optometry practice. I have recommended them to colleagues and friends. My wife also goes to Triangle Eye Institute and she thinks very highly of them as well. Keep up the outstanding work and thank you for everything!

I had an appointment today at 11am (annually eye check up). And, before I go to that check up I went and ask if my insurance covers it and both the staff who work over there confirmed that my insurance does cover it. And I asked again about the insurance because the last time I went the told me the insurance doesn't cover, so this time I made sure before I made my opponent that my insurance does cove and that's what the staff said. Today I went to my opponent and the same staff that I talked to before told me my insurance doesn't cover. I left from work and had to go to the opponent and waste time just so they tell me that my insurance doesn't cover.

I've been a patient for more than 6 years and I must say their quality and attention is great. Love it i recommend it for people who are looking for an eye doctor

although my son had an appointment in advance but they only finished the initial check, we had to wait for about 30 minutes for the doctor to come in to examine my son, this is the third time we have to wait like this, i Seeing this way of service is disrespectful to customers

As a nervous eye patient, they always accommodate my phobias and make my visits as comfortable and non traumatic as possible.

Great place. Excellent customer service. Staff is very personable and accomdating. I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Saiyid, he is very through.
