I had a wonderful experience at this optometry office! Dr. Klaus was professional, thorough, and made sure all my questions were answered. But I especially want to highlight Sapphire, the technician -- she was absolutely amazing! Super pleasant, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out and made the whole experience exceptional. Highly recommend this office and their fantastic team! It's rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely cared for -- thank you, Sapphire, for making my appointment such a positive experience!

Lack of transparency around upfront pricing. They charge over $100 for a contact lens fitting fee, which isn't disclosed until after the exam. This should be communicated clearly so patients can make informed decisions. Many eye doctors don't charge this fee, and it would be more honest business practice to mention it beforehand. Withholding a contact lens prescription unless the fee is paid feels unethical and reflects poorly on the business.

Everyone from check-in to check-out was friendly and helpful and you can tell they truly care. Dr. Klaus was more thorough and attentive than any other optometrist I've been to. When it came time to go over my options for contacts and glasses, Omar was awesome and helped me get the best bang for my buck with my insurance plan.

I've been going to Dr. Klaus about 20 years I've never had an issue. I had an eye concern whereas other providers told me I would have to live with the situation, Dr. Klaus said differently told me what I needed to do and I couldn't be happier from that moment to this one I've trusted his judgement and his decisions regarding my eyes. I hope he never retires... Dr. Klaus more people need to experience your Greatness. When he left Walmart so did I. I will follow a knowledgeable person when it comes to my health. Thank you Dr. Klaus for being the person you are !!!!

Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me with the preliminary exam and Dr. Glaser did the actual prescription. They were both very friendly and informative.

We've had some incredibly poor experiences with other area locations for optometry services. That is a sharp contrast to what we receive here. The staff is completely professional, easy to work with, attentive and responsive. They have no issues working with our insurance and they are keen to bring additional charges into focus immediately if there are any. Dr Klaus is personable and warm but still manages to be no-nonsense. I bring my entire family here and will continue to do so.
