Best eye glass place in town. I cannot believe the processional service from my doctor exam, eye health evaluation, to eye glass selection and fitting. Everyone was personal and friendly. I have been to several offices in town and I cannot recommend them more.

I feel really relieved to be able to write such a good review and hopefully provide hope to other parents as well. Our daughter had an eye that was drifting off to the right a lot. We saw multiple Ophthalmologists to get feedback on how we could correct it. We tried the patching and that failed and many of them said that we should just do nothing since it wasn't impacting her vision. We didn't want this for her as she's eight years old and other friends were noticing the drift. We had found one doctor who was willing to have the surgery when she turned six but that doctor ended up retiring. So, in order to best advocate for our daughter, we asked our pediatrician for another referral and we got sent here. Honestly as soon as we talked to the doctor that first appointment- I felt a wave of relief that we were finally going to get the help that she actually needed. Knowing that therapy was expensive and may or may not be effective, it was a chance we took and we are so very thankful we did. We anticipated an 11 month program, but she graduated after about 6 months- and her eye is perfect now. It's almost unbelievable. We were consistent with appointments and homework. Aaron did an absolutely amazing job. She never argued with me once about going because she loved hanging out and having fun with him every Friday, and our girl can be a little hard to please so this says a lot!! I've recommended this office to several friends now and really appreciate their hard work and support.

I teared up today because it was graduation for my son who completed several months of vision therapy. Susan, and Kristine were incredible therapists who engaged my son weekly. Every time we left, he would say, "Well that was fun!" all the while making great improvement in his therapy. Megan and Bernie were incredible with communication, helping accommodate my schedule, and addressing frustrating insurance issues. Dr. Miller was very thorough, kind, and fun with her assessments, and she has excellent communication. I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole team! Each member took personal interest in our family and sincerely loved on my son and consequently me. His reading has improved drastically because of their intentional and loving investment in us. I highly recommend this office. It's a time and financial commitment , but it's worth the great return!

Staff was wonderful in person, and the doctor was outstanding as well. Why the 1 star rating? I have been calling daily for 3 weeks to try to place an order for contact lenses (was too early at my appointment for my insurance to cover any of the cost). I have not once in the last 3 weeks spoken to anyone at the office. Only the answering service who promises to send a message and have someone call me back within 24 hours...still waiting.

I have been to three locations and all of the people that assist the eye doctors as well as the doctors themselves are incredibly kind. I feel like I get stand out service every time I'm there. I tried an eye dr last year that was much closer to my house (not affiliated with this practice) and left saying never again! We will make the long drive over and over to get the time and care they give us.

I started coming to this location last year and both of my yearly exams were beyond great. Stephanie assisted me with not only the exam portion but also teaching me better ways to care for my contacts. Her personality was A-1. You can tell she truly cares for the people she works with. Once I finished w Stephanie I ordered contacts with this location and although I had personal issues (no fault of the location) I was able to come back and find a solution that worked for me! The Manager, Patrick, personally assisted me in all ways that I needed in order to leave happy. This team is truly knowledgeable about the product and the customer service I received was amazing!

Multiple visits we showed up early. Every time wait for close to 30 minutes after our appointment time to be seen. Then put in a room and wait longer for Dr to actually see us. Front desk is usually rude and has us dig up insurance info they already have. Don't get me started on if they you need them to send you your prescription info.

I have been calling to get a bill looked at and they will not call me back. They tell you it take 24 to 48 hrs. Nobody calls back. When I call for 3 days one person had attitude I had to ask was he okay he was rude. I Still can't get nobody to go over the bill. There Customer service is truly rude. Need more training.
