You can tell they really know their stuff, not just about frames and lenses, but even the history and mission behind Warby Parker. They took their time with me, made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable, and helped me find glasses I absolutely love. It's rare to come across customer service this thoughtful and knowledgeable. This was hands down the best experience I've had in a long time, and Steve and Wilson deserve all the recognition for it. First time at this location, was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I had a prescription from my eye doctor for readers, to use when not wearing my contacts. The minute I walked in I was greeted by an associate who helped me pick the exact style I was looking for. I tried on a few different sizes, styles and colors and made a decision. In less than 10 minutes I was checked out and on my way. The glasses will be delivered to my home address in 2 weeks or less with a 30 day money back guarantee. The sales associate also said if I have any issues with the fit, too loose, too tight, etc, I can bring them in and have them adjusted. They also come with a "scratch warranty", can't remember the details but that's another bonus. All of these perks, for a pair of prescription readers that cost just under $100, that's hard to beat! Steve and Jodi are phenomenal! We walked into the new Warby Parker in the Village District with a pair of glasses we bought online and just needed the nose bridge adjusted. Steve happily made the adjustment and then leveled the pair on his face. They would not accept any payment and were so helpful and pleasant. What they shared about the company was amazing and I can assure you we will be buying all our future glasses from them! Great people doing great stuff!
