I recently underwent a laser treatment for glaucoma performed by Nathaniel Cleveland. During the procedure, Mr. Cleveland was repeatedly coughing while operating the laser. I expressed concern and asked that we pause the procedure briefly, given the nature of the treatment and the risk to my eye. My request was refused, and the procedure continued despite my discomfort and concern for my safety.
In my experience, this behavior did not reflect appropriate regard for patient well-being or standard clinical professionalism. I have never previously encountered a healthcare provider who declined a reasonable patient request during a procedure of this sensitivity. Due to the seriousness of this matter, I intend to report this incident to the appropriate state licensing board for review.

I took my son for an appointment here. It was a 2 hour appointment for a routine eye check. It was very long.
When I made an appointment for myself, I asked if they take my insurance, and they said yes. But when I arrived, they said they don't accept my insurance.
Yet they took the very same insurance for my son.
A big waste of my time and gas since I live 45 minutes away.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this office.

My spouse had laser eye procedure done for glaucoma. They neglected to tell her the potential risks even after we asked very thoroughly if there was anything to be worried about. After checking her eye pressure they proceeded to the point where my spouse literally passed out in the chair! The doctors in proceeded to act as though she did not know what to do almost in a panic. I had to resuscitate my spouse and they let us walk out of the office. Thinking about legal representation at this point. They acted during this visit as though it were my spouse's fault she is experiencing extreme eye pain after the procedure. Tried blaming it on drinking caffeine and called it a normal headache!! Clearly not the case. We are pursuing a different Avenue and would not recommend this particular doctor or staff to anyone that actually cares about their vision.

Dr. Cleveland is awesome! He is very caring and understanding. He performed surgery on my left eye and did a great job. I have my right eye to go, and I know he will be just as awesome the first time. Thank you, Dr. Cleveland for restoring my eye sight.

I have nothing but the highest regard for all of the staff at this office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It is obvious that they want nothing more than to help their patients feel comfortable and understood. I am seeing Dr. Denwood. She is the consummate professional. She is obviously extremely knowledgeable about everything related to vision. She is also very through in explaining all of the procedures she recommends. I felt very comfortable and didn't feel rushed through at all.
