I had an issue with my eye and was able to be seen right away by Dr. Hicks. It's an issue I've had before but Dr. Hicks was by far the most thorough in her evaluation and with an abundance of caution, has referred me to a retina specialist. The entire staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Wonderful personal service. I had an issue I was concerned about and Dr Hicks got me in immediately. After an exam Dr Hicks explained what was happening and eased my mind that I would recover with no lasting damage to my eye. Very professional staff and very caring.

I recently moved to Bryson North Carolina and have been without glasses for a long time and I have Stigmatism in both eyes and am nearsighted. I had the coke bottle bottle glasses when I was 12 years old. Anyway I went here because they were 5 stars and I wanted a comprehensive eye exam. They were very nice and accommodating. I am still waiting on the glasses and the ones I ordered were quite expensive and take time to make. I will probably update on that later. But just the examination was very good and comprehensive, I liked that. Ok I received my glasses today, now it was quite a bit of a wait they told me that they ended up having to rework one of the lenses. Now I am home and realizing that my left lens is a little on the blurry side. So I am probably going to have to take them back and get them reworked again. However I am not really complaining because my eyes with the Stigmatism is quite severe so I can understand that and have no problem with that. Just overall I would say that everyone there is professional and very polite.

Best eye doctor I have ever been to. Fast, professional and upfront, which when going to the eye doctor is exactly what I'm looking for. Also ordered contacts through them. Great experience.

Dr. Hicks and her team are amazing. I'm dealing with some tricky eye issues right now and Dr. Hicks and team take fantastic care of me. It's involving many appointments, phone calls, follow ups, prescriptions, and they're super patient and supportive. I'm very grateful for them.

I have went to a few eye doctors before getting into see Dr Hicks. She is absolutely amazing and found a eye infection that I had had for a long time. No one has ever taken the time and given me better eye care than she has. Her staff is amazing, just a great experience.

i was visiting Cashiers, NC and had an eye issue. the rental agency gave me a couple of names and i called Dr. Hicks office on Wed. and was able to be seen the following day. Excellent staff care and the doctor was thorough and explained my issues very well. Thanks

On a recent trip to Bryson City NC, to ride the Polar Express, I started seeing flashes in right eye. Read about it and contacted Mountain View Eye Center, Brandy Hicks. Received appointment the same day. Outstanding service! She took her time and located a retinal perforation. Returned home to Myrtle Beach next day and went to Coastal Eye Group. Walked in and was seen the next day after showing referral letter from Dr. Hicks. Was examined and Dr. Prinzi reconfirmed the retinal perforation. Again, another outstanding doctor. He took his time and immediately discussed and performed laser surgery. I was scared to death but he made the procedure painless and was very fast and efficient. Followed up with him today and was given the thumbs up . Future visits are scheduled to insure everything heals properly. I want to highly recommend both Dr. Hicks and Dr. Prinzi as true professionals who are very skilled. Both practices went above and beyond, saving my sight. Thank you, well done!
