Dr Campbell was very nice and easy to talk to. His staff was just as friendly and welcoming. I had my eyes examined here and then just walked into walmart to buy the frames, lenses and contacts. I could care less about designer anything so walmart was perfect for me and my wallet!!

Horrible customer service. I was lied to multiple times by the office staff when trying to submit a claim to my insurance. It got so bad Blue Cross Blue Shield actually called them on a three-way call and they still refused to do such a simple task. The BCBS agent was incredulous at their unwillingness to file the paperwork appropriately. Dr. Campbell was great during the visit. However, over the course if the following few days, Shelly and the other lady that works at the desk were by far NOT! Do yourself a favor and go to another optometrist in the area.

Dr Campbell is one of the best when it comes to eye care. He is very patience and passionate about his work and is very Focused on his patients. He also has a great office staff.

I saw Mr. Campbell this morning at WalMart in Sylva. He may have been in a hurry, but he did not take the time to get to know me, he did not show any interest in me as a person, only as a source of income, and most importantly, he did not get the vision prescription correct as the strength he provided was incorrect and worse than my current prescription. I ended up throwing away the contacts he gave me in his office trash can and putting my old contacts back in so I could see clearly. A $82 lesson well l,earned... From one medical doctor to another medical professional, you need to slow down and focus more on the needs of your patients than the income they provide. Rude and unprofessional people answering the phone. Long time established patients can't get a routine appointment for 30+ days. Doubtful Ronnie (the actual doctor) knows what's going on in his office. Maybe he will read this and figure it out before he loses more business.

I had lasik surgery back in September, and hes taken care of me every step of the way with my recovery. Anytime I need anything, the office fits me in. Definitely recommend them!
