20/20 Vision Center

I was tired of trying to schedule eye appointments at another place in town and being told it would be another 6 to 8 months. So I decided to try 20/20 Vision Center in Washington. I was seen as a new patient in less than 1 week and glasses took 9 days to get here. The online portal to get everything set up was quick and easy. The staff are super friendly, helpful and Dr. Meyers was so nice and nailed my prescription perfectly. Do not hesitate to give them a call, this is an underrated gem in Washington.

They were supposed to deliver my contacts to me a few months ago, but they accidentally delivered them to their office. So I was told I am meant to drive up there and retrieve them, even though I live an hour's drive from there. Went up there today, the day before thanksgiving, since their hours online and their voicemail does not reflect that they were going to close early and for the rest of the week. Finally got a day off work to be able to do it and wasted my time, since they in fact closed at 2:00. I will be calling Monday, and seeing if they will make it right by just sending it to me. If I don't delete this review of means that they decided to make me drive another hour drive to get there due to their mistakes and unprofessionalism. They have doctor's office money. Maybe if I tell them they need to deliver it to me, they will. They certainly didn't offer or apologize for their mistake or anything so who knows.

Dr Samantha Myers OD FAAO (FAAO stands for Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. It's a designation that indicates that an optometrist, has met high standards of professional competence.) After severe head injury with multiple eye surgeries, having a few appointments at this location, my experience thus far is receiving above & beyond thorough, examinations. Very skilled in Vision - hands down. Dr Samantha Myers caught an issue that my old Optometrist and my Eye Surgeons all missed. Thanks to 20/20 Vision, my Eye Care Team in Raleigh & Washington are working together on this issue now. Just wish found this place sooner. Highly recommending.

The entire office was upbeat and professional. They offered so much help with eye glass selection and filing insurance as well.

I saw Darlene and Dr. Myers for my appointment. Both were very professional and knowledgable. I felt so comfortable during my appointment. Highly recommend!

Jessica was a extremely kind technician. She explained each test she was giving me and answered questions I asked. The optician was great as well showing me my results . They accept Medicare and Etna so back for the vision exam for my prescription glasses. Highly Recommend! % satisfaction here!

I have been a patient of 20/20 Vision Center for 15+ years. The care I receive is always top notch, and they have a very nice selection of glasses to choose from. The doctors are skilled and compassionate, and the staff members are super friendly and eager to help. I can't say enough about 20/20 and recommend that you go there for all your vision care needs.

This place is super nice, clean, and friendly environment. They were knowledgeable and professional in our care. Jessica was so sweet and welcoming and we loved seeing Dr. Myers. 10/10 recommend for all your eye care needs!
