Had great experience. The only problem was I got my eyes dilated n had to drive home. I told them I came alone. It was rainy n dark. N I pray u to get home as once I realized there was a problem there was no where to pull over. Never had eyes dilated. It was dark n raining n no one said I should wait. Other than that the experience was great. Staff n Dr. I encountered was great.

Recently had cataract surgery on both eyes one week apart! The process went smoothly from my first appointment to my post operation appointments! Everyone has been professional, attentive, communicated very well, and the most excellent follow-up! No need to go out of town for this procedure! Albemarle Eye Center are very capable and professional! 20/20 vision in both eyes and so grateful for my corrected eyesight!

Everyone of Dr. Klugh staff are so pleasant, helpful, friendly. I always look forward to coming back each year for my eye appointment. Dr Klugh make you feel so very special when you come to see him. I will recommend others to come to him for their eye appointment. Thank each and everyone of you for everything you do for me each time I come in.

The practitioners are very good. The wait time to see a practitioner when scheduled is too long. I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appt time to begin my eye exam, then another 15 minutes before the doctor came in. It did not seem busy that day.

It was my pleasure in meeting the staff at Albemarle Eye Center. My first appointment with them was awesome. The atmosphere was very clean and tidy.The staff along with the doctors were so friendly and courteous.

From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming and very polite.When I went in to see the doctor the assistant made me feel at ease she answered all my questions .I told her I was hard off hearing and although she was putting things into the computer every time she needed to ask something she would always look at me so I could see her lips .

Appointment started on time. Moved efficiently. The people are friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. I drive 1.5 hours to go here and still get done and back home sooner than other eye doctors.

Myself as well as my family have been with this practice for years. My mother and my aunts started with Dr Baltimore. Myself and my children began with Dr O'Neal. My elders and I all had surgery by Dr Swarp. He is such a skilled knowledgeable and compassionate surgeon. When my mother had her last procedure done by him she was experiencing dementia. She was scared and confused and didn't understand what was going on. We could not tell if it was the illness or her having issues with her eye. Dr Schwab opened up his offices late at night due to the concern for my mother's welfare. She was fine and was consoled. The procedure to place without a hitch. I have been wearing glasses since the age of seven until I had my procedure in 2019. I recently had another procedure to remove scarring. I am so pleased I have never seen this girl in my life. Dr Hickman is also a clinician with great scale and bedside manner. The entire staff from the front door to the back are very welcoming and accommodating. 20 years in and we are still happy as when we first started with this amazing practice.
