I love coming here! I've been coming to My Eye Doctor since I was a teenager and have a good experience every time! Jasmine did such a great job helping me pick out my glasses! She's amazing!

Sadly, this is a mixed review. The person answering the phone and problem solving with me was trying hard to help me in a crisis situation. Likewise, Dr. Padgete is so patient and helpful. That being said, the technician taking us back and "working us up" as well as the desk staff that was required to help us "outside of the box" were lacking in customer service/ people skills. The experience I had today was probably out of the ordinary, actually it was a crisis for me and my family member. However, the lack of customer care drove me to look for care elsewhere.

I came with my dad to his appointment since he speak very little English. Dr. Padgett was super nice and patient with us. We definitely had a great experience with him. The only negative was the front desk lady. I believe her name was Moe, she might of not been having a good day but she was very unwelcoming and rude.

I had an emergent situation and my regular optometrist couldn't fit me in for 9 days! This location fit me right in! I was in a lot of pain and everyone worked quickly and efficiently to help me in my time of need. Everyone was wonderful! I cannot recommend them enough! I am switching my eye care immediately.

Loved Dr Pagett but staff is rude and uncooperative. Were supposed to send a referral for cataract surgery they told me it was faxed twice but surgeon never received it. Seems like no one cares and I'm having vision problems.

Horrible service at this location. Called to find out where my glasses were mailed too and was hung up on 2x and then was put on hold for over 10 mins. When someone did answer they told me they don't know where it was sent too and did provide a tracking number but then put me on hold for another 10 mins. Will not be going back to that location.
