Precision Eye Care

I went for an eye exam & waited 4i5 mins before I saw the doctor , this was in the afternoon & they close at 5:00. Doctor came in & took my prescription from last year told me to look in the machine ask if I could see said ok good to go, glasses came in 2 weeks later, long line just to pick up my glasses up & they slow. Got my glasses couldn't see out of them, called them to tell them I got the lens ,!lady said wear them for 5 days then call back. Glad I had my old glasses to see out of. Called back hit an appointment the doctor gave the wrong prescription. SMH .. had to redo my lenses. They are slow & bad customer service. This my last year going.

Very poor customer service. Waited 45 minutes (at 8:30 a.m. mind you) for a simple eye exam. Then waited one full week for a call-back regarding ordering my contacts. The woman at the desk actually told me they were "super busy" so if I didn't hear from them by the following Tuesday I should call and remind them (!) Finally did call them, was told I there had been some mix-up, but I would receive a return call by the end of business day with ordering info. Never heard from them that day, called two more times and got a recording both times! Ultimately I gave up and took my prescription to another local eye clinic. Don't waste your time here.

I had LASIK done here 10 years ago. So freeing! The best medical experience I have ever had! Four people in the room and my comfort was their focused priority! Wish I had done it sooner! Dry eyes were the only down side and I've gotten use to it.
