Excellent Customer Service! Tammi, Laura, and Teresa were all so very nice and professional. Was able to get my son in quickly for an appointment with Dr Scibal. They did a great job making him comfortable and easing his worries about the exam. He is great with kids! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend you come here for your eye care needs. Dr. Scibal is amazing !!! He took great care of me. Erica at the desk is THE BEST !!! The lady who helped pick out my glasses is the sweetest woman . She's been there forever and I hope she never leaves. The whole staff is super friendly and welcoming .

I called about 20 different places to find an eye exam asap. Finally, after almost giving up I called the Washington location (I live in Greenville) and explained my situation. The lady on the phone was very kind and understanding and was actually able to get me in that day. The appointment itself was quick and easy, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got glasses that day. They know that I wouldn't be able w to wait for some w to be ordered instead of trying to pressure me into buying from them, they suggested I go to eyemart express in Greenville with my new prescription to get a pair that day. Overall the experience was 10/10 and I will be going there from now on
