very friendly people ! smooth and didn't wait very long to be seen. lots to choose from glasses wise too. dr loudon is also a great doctor. i recommend 100%.

Full disclosure: I haven't received my glasses, yet. I'll try to double back here once I receive them, to update...That said, my experience so far has been wonderful. First off, I lucked out with the appointment. I looked online for an appointment, and miraculously, an in-person appointment was available that afternoon. Nick, who did my pre-screening was both friendly, and more importantly to me, extremely, efficient. Dr. Loudon did my eye exam and he was fantastic, very friendly, while also being very efficient, as well. Though the compliment is the same/similar, I mean both of those compliments for each gentleman, they were both great. The store didn't have a pair of glasses that I liked in-store, so they handed me my prescription without issue (i feel like i've had to battle to get the prescription without buying glasses at other businesses in the past.) Then, as I was passing by the store the day after, I decided to stop in, just to see if they had the ability to order the frames I wanted (they said not always, but in this case, yes.) I worked with Margaret at sales who was also very friendly and very efficient (if you can see what matters to me :).) She worked quickly to tell me what could and couldn't be done, but also took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. If I had to offer a criticism, it would simply be for there to be additional frames in store. That said, I looked around Wilson a fair bit, and didn't see much else that looked like it surpassed the selection here (which wasn't 'bad', too be clear). All told, I COULD NOT be happier with my experience with the business, to date. I hope to have found an eyecare home. edit: I wanted to be fair to the front desk - they were friendly and efficient too, I just didn't interact with them much. I printed the intake paperwork at home to complete and hand to them (I despise filling it out in office, if avoidable.)

I just left the EYE CARE CENTER in Wilson, NC and I absolutely love this location. This location gave positive Vibe. Rebecca Bailey was awesome. She was professional and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable with her I'm changing my eye doctor care at the Wake Forest location to the Wilson location. I encourage you to go visit the Eye Care Center in Wilson for professional care.

Eye care Center relocated next to target since the last time I had an exam. Google maps was a little confusing because it got me to the shopping area but did not bring me to the front door using the address. (Just an FYI) Setting up an appointment was easy, they had great communication as far as reminders via text message. Upon arrival to my appointment I received a quick, pleasant and painless check-in process by Angie. I didn't have to wait around and was immediately called in for my eye exam. During the exam I received great communication from the doctor explaining what they were doing what they saw and all questions were answered. I decided to get some prescription sunglasses made in felt like I received great customer service in this process. They were great Help picking out a set of glasses and explaining the different options on lenses. Highly recommended!

The ladies up front & Margaret were very helpful & friendly. The assistant & Dr were very thorough with their exam & testing.

My experience was excellent. Everyone was polite, generous and greeted you as you enter. Warm atmosphere.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I really like the nice lady that helped me pick out my glasses, she was so attentive and fun!!

Had a good visit. Went to the store to ask some questions and to schedule an appointment on Monday, was immediately scheduled the next day for a 9:30 appointment. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and my visit was very organized and went smoothly.
