Not every Dr. is able to handle type 1 diabetic patients, but Dr. Randolph did an amazing job of helping me and my wife with our eye exams. He even went out of his way to explain things I was simply curious about and left a lasting positive impression. I would highly recommend him. Great customer service at the front desk as well!

The staff is a pleasure to work with with, nice selection of glasses & he really took his time to make sure I got the correct prescription.

Dr. Randolph is a superb eye doctor that has tremendous empathy for his patients and is extremely thorough and takes the time to treat your eyes with the care they deserve!

Earliest appointment was two months out, so I waited with my eyes in pain. Then, two months later I got there after taking time off from work, and the eye doctor/office didn't even have the equipment they promised to have for my eye procedure. Poorly managed company.

This was my first visit with Dr. Randolph and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The receptionist was very friendly and talked with me while I was waiting to be seen. Dr. Randolph was very thorough with the exam and took time to explain each step of the process with me. The appointment was very pleasant and I was so comfortable talking with him during the exam. He shared his recommendations for how I should proceed, but in no way pressured me to purchase glasses. I don't have vision insurance, but the visit was very affordable and well worth my time. I highly recommend Dr. Randolph and his practice.

This was just my first visit, but I have to agree with all of the other reviews that have been left. Dr. Randolph and all of his staff were very friendly and kind (and funny!). They were also very knowledgeable, and the turn-around time for glasses and contact orders is awesome! I had very little wait time and Dr. Randolph took his time to make adjustments to be sure he got my prescription just right. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me, even though he had other patients. This is the kind of one-on-one service you don't get at a big corporate chain. I don't have insurance but it was still affordable, VERY high-quality service and worth every penny! Based on just this one visit I can tell you, this is my new eye doctor, permanently! Thank you, Dr. Randolph and crew!

Dr. Randolph and staff make you feel at ease. He explained every step thoroughly and professionally. It was an overall great experience and I will be back. I definitely recommend Dr. Randolph for your vision needs.
