From the start, finding out about cataracts and the need for surgery. Dr Genge and staff were so approachable and held my hand through the entire process involving both eyes. I felt like family and they explained everything and made me feel comfortable before anything was scheduled. I can not say enough about the Medical Eye Associates.

I highly recommend Medical Eye Associates for your eye care needs. I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Genge and the staff are very personable and professional. The ladies at the front desk greet you with a smile. Dana has worked there for several years and she is very helpful and knowledgeable. She always helps me with any issue or need.

I came in with poor eyesight! After thorough examinations it was noted that cataracts were responsible for the fading vision. After two short and painless cataract operations, I once again am enjoying vision that I had in my younger years. Many thanks to Dr. Genge and all his staff for improving my daily life.

Dr Genge did both of my cataract surgeries and now I can see! All staff at his clinic are very personable and capable. Also, the staff assisting at WMC were great! Highly recommend Dr. Genge!

I finally went and had my eyes checked. I've had many many headaches over the years and this was the last thing that needed to be checked. So I booked an appointment. Everyone has been friendly and has helped me with any questions I may have and yes I had to wait awhile but..... this place has so many patients. I never knew how many people need glasses. But other than that, my visit was great and I won't be going anywhere else.

Great staff. Dr. Ginge is awesome! They work well together as a team. I would High recommend them if you are looking for a knowledgeable staff and great customer service!

This business is horrible...they charge you when you really don't owe anything but I may have to get lawyers involved to get my money back. I wonder how many people are being robbed by this establishment!!!! They won't tell you that you're due a refund but it was discovered from a letter received from my husband's HSA card company. Be careful everyone!! Check your Explanation of Benefits!!

I have been going to see Dr. Genge for many years. He has been my Doctor! The last couple times I made an appointment they put me in to see someone else and I wanted to see Dr. Genge because he's more qualified. I'm a senior citizen and I have bad vision and my last exam he told me I have cataracts beginning to form on my eye. I can hardly see anything and I have no glasses and I have no contacts. I need a new prescription and I called the office and Dr. Gish is never available for over two years now. Today is March 19 and they said they cannot see me until July. I explained to them that I'm having trouble seeing and I'm concerned about cataracts but they refused to work me in. The lady who answered the phone at medical eye, Associates was very harsh spoken to me and not friendly at all. I asked her about calling me if she had a cancellation and she said they do not call patients when they have a cancellation who are waiting to be seen. How am I supposed to know when they have a cancellation and she said for me to call them three or four times a day and they will let me know. This is the most screwed up place I've ever seen and they need to hire someone who has a little bit of understanding and someone who is nice on the phone when a patient calls. My insurance pays 100% And they could care less about my health or my eyesight. I would not give them a one star if I had an option because I think that they are terrible nailed it Dr. Gein is there and Dr. Sean Putman is taken over and I don't even think he's a doctor. Dr. Genge is a professional. and he's my doctor, but they refuse to let me see him for years now. The lady at the desk was a real hateful, ugly yelling at me because I told her I need to be seen before July. She needs an attitude adjustment and needs to learn how to talk professionally when patience call to make an appointment.
