Average/good place, been going here about 9 years, it's okay. Still much better than Medical Eye Associates.

Best eye doctor experience I've EVER HAD. My doctor was awesome and he really went out of his way to really fulfill my needs . He fit me in his busy schedule. ( It was packed but they were fast!) He also informed me of my astigmatism! ( Never knew I had) He felt like family and he treated me as such and Dr. Stone I appreciate you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. All of the ladies in the office were great as well nice and polite . Will def return!!! Worth every star .

I really love my eye doctor, Dr. Stone, but trying to get into contact with the office is a nightmare. I've been calling for over a week to order contacts. I've left multiple voicemails, text messages, and even tried contacting the office manager. Nobody will respond to me. I finally got into contact with someone who transferred me to my doctor's nurse, just to be put on hold, a busy signal, then having to leave a voicemail again. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed and will not be recommending this office to anyone.

I'm in the military and only get my contacts from here so many years. The order was "placed" and I paid for them the same day. I come back two days later the young lady goes to check in the back for them and says that there's nothing yet. 2 weeks go by and because of how busy I got getting ready to deploy I forgot I ordered them and they don't usually take that long. I call the office the contact department barely answers phone calls so I call the appointment line. The lady told me she'll have to do her research on it and get back to me (my sister checked for me in person the day prior and was also told she'll get a call back) and of course nothing for both of us. So I call towards the end of the day to finally get an actual answer apparently they had to be reordered? And no one reach out to me to tell me that. They told my sister the day prior that they were never ordered. It's so frustrating and no one ever contacted us to let us know. This is the second time this place does me wrong. The first I had asked to get an earlier appointment date for my mother there was a lot of waiting over the phone until finally I was given a date and time sooner I asked to pay for the appointment ahead which I did. My mother shows up at the appointment (I reconfirmed multiple times about this appointment ) just for her to be turned around and looked at crazy.

I've gotten many pairs of glasses over the years. They are high quality and durable. Just don't be me and lose them like a fool . Already need another pair. But seriously, I am a student going to school and I highly recommend.

I guess customer Service is not a priority here anymore. I been calling for weeks and continue to receive a busy signal. I think they could at least have a voicemail system. So frustrated and disappointed. I will not be recommending them in the future.
