I had the best customer service experience from one of your associates. If I can remember I think her name was Armani. I was just browsing the city looking for a new eye care center and came across Accuvision. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I told her I would definitely be making an appointment soon.

If you are trying to get ahold of them, good luck. They don't return any voicemails or answer the phone. The communication is terrible and my contact lens company has been trying to fill an order that they aren't responding to either. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional company.

Very professional office on time very professional receptionist good at multi tasking my only disappointment was the overpowering plug in air freshener. I had to fill out my forms and wait outside till called to avoid exposure. They are toxic and many people with lung conditions can't tolerate them if it's this way when I return I will find somewhere else to go. Need to be more respectful and understanding of pts Lungs

Horrible! We had an appointment for 12:20 and when we arrived at 12:24 the doors were LOCKED! Eyemart worker said that they were on lunch. So knowing they had an appointment they went to lunch. Don't waste your time here. I'll make sure to take this all the way to get this person fired! 10 mins is always given for any appointment!
