Eyemart Express

I visited the Winston Salem store on Tuesday Nov. 25th. The young lady Gabriella was absolutely amazing. She was able to make suggestions that maximized my experience. And I was able to get everything I needed. I do indeed recommend Eyemart Express.

I love this place !!! They have went over and beyond every time I call and usually when I call it is something crazy. Example Friday afternoon grandson teacher calls he lost his glasses next I did not have his new script Tonya handled it got the script and glasses ordered by closing. When we went and picked them up Saturday the lady fitting him for his glasses went over and beyond making sure they fit and were comfortable for him. I have never had a problem from this place been coming here 6 years

Eyemart Express has a wide variety of frames from 19.95 and up. I chose the frames I wanted and they had them ready within the hour along with a hard case. They accepted my insurance and it was a stress free process to get my new glasses. I'll be back next year for my next pair.

I went in to get glasses with my prescription already and worked with Neil. I hate shopping for glasses because I'm slow and I know I'll be wearing them on my face for a year, so I really don't like being rushed. I'll also just say it--I have a big head, so I need the big-head section. This place was awesome!!!! Not only did they have a ton of glasses to choose from, but they never rushed me. Every employee worked together, giving their opinions on whether the frames I chose actually looked good on me or not. I felt zero pressure and genuinely felt like the people in the store cared, which is rare these days. I cannot stress enough how amazing the experience was, plus the fast turnaround time. I would tell anyone and everyone to come to this store and this location for glasses. I even ended up buying prescription sunglasses too.

Great service and products. They have a large assortment of frames and took the time to make sure my measurements were accurate. Pick up was quick and easy and they made sure I was happy before I left. Their prices are reasonable also.

Had the best experience here. Forgive me I can't remember the lady's name who helped me. What a sweet person. Very friendly. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I will be using this place for my eyes going forward!

I was in need of new glasses and they had a wide selection available with add-ons like color-changing. The staff were also responsive and friendly. If I need new glasses I will definitely go back. Update: 7/19/24 I had to get my glasses adjusted and the process was really easy and fast. I was in and out in fifteen minutes.

I went into Eyemart Express to order some glasses and see what they had to offer. They have a very large selection of designer frames and a lot of non-designed frames . I did my eye exam right next door to a wonderful doctor he does not take all day to do the exam He's you're in and out of the exam within 15-20 minutes real quick exam. Then walk right next door 5 ft 10 ft 2 Eyemart Express and speak with one of the ladies who will help you select a glasses and help you get situated for your new glasses. The process was relatively very very simple The first lady I had assist me was Taylor. She advised to try metal frames as opposed to plastic because I seem to be real all of my plastic frames , so I thought why not it's definitely worth a try. So I went with her advice. When I went in to pick up my new glasses yesterday I had an equally nice woman help and her name is Leona, avoiding two pair of frames with me that she adjusted for me got them straightened out for me cuz they were slipping off my face each time I put them on she also got my new frames together for me and this how nice she was she even charged my cell phone while she was doing so because I was out of charge she was wonderful very very very nice and I like to think both of them for such wonderful service I will definitely recommend I might express to my friends and family It was a wonderful experience something you normally don't get out of customer service these days so I was very pleased.
