Forsyth Family Eye Care

This was my first time at Forsyth Family Eye care and I was impressed. Dr Gurley was awesome and took her time to examine and make great recommendations for me. Front desk staff was quick and did not keep me waiting.

I had an excellent experience at Forsyth Family Eye Care. They were able to schedule an appointment for me very quickly and were very easy to work with. I saw Dr. Appanaitis and the appointment was on time and didn't feel rushed. I also really appreciate how the practice didn't pressure me into extra services that I didn't want (which has happened a lot at other practices I've been to). They were very proactive and transparent about costs and provided me with rewards instructions for my contacts and coupons for eyedrops before I asked. I paid for my contacts by phone and they mailed me the receipt without me having to ask. It was really a great experience overall.

We had a wonderful experience during our visit. Rylan was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the entire process so easy for us. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service!

I had a great experience--Dr. Jordan and her staff were very thorough and did an excellent job examining my eyes.

They were very friendly in reception! Dr.Jordan is amazing! Very nice and explaining everything as she goes. She's patient and answers any question you might have. Definitely recommend! In choosing glasses they are super welcoming and helping you pick the glasses you like and work with you to get the right price for you.

Saw me right away when I had an acute eye infection. Took me right away, when I arrived a few minutes early. Explained my condition thoroughly. All the staff is very pleasant!

The doctors and other staff are efficient, personable and knowledgeable here. My only reservation is that staff had a pet dog in the admin office of the optometry section. Some places aren't the place for dogs, and medical-related offices are one of them.

Dr Jordan is excellent and Laurie is great with getting contacts and verification same day. The front desk staff is not at the same level, a little abrasive, but they aren't the ones caring for my eyes so it doesn't drive me to another place.
