Buena Vista Eye

I've been going for years and when my parents moved here I recommended this practice to them as well. Dr. Wall and her staff are wonderful

I made an appointment a month and a half ago for my husband. I told them what insurance he had over the phone and they said they would have to see the card. When I got there, they told us that they don't take Blue Cross Blue Shield vision plan. I feel like that is something that should've been disclosed at the time of the appointment booking. Now we're out a month and a half, and my husband had to miss work.

I called and asked for a new patient appointment for my partner. They asked what it was for and I explained the reason, and sent me new patient paperwork to complete. On the day of my appointment we were informed that they are not taking new patient with issues. We asked, why did you make the appointment? They replied it was a mistake. It took me 20 minutes to get to there office and had to wait 6 weeks for this appointment. Why would you be an ophthalmologist if you weren't seeing patient with eye issues. That is the reason for calling in the first place. I will never refer them and still don't understand why they are in business if they only see patient without eye issues. This is not a place I would go for a social visit.

Terrible service. Received frames with blemishes on them and they refused to return them. Also got my prescription there and they gave me a less compatible prescription than my last one. I can see better out of my old glasses than I can out of this new prescription. I have bought two frames from them so far and each time it is a pain in the butt.

I've been seeing Dr. Wall for many years due to eye issues and she has always been very thorough and caring and the staff are always cordial and efficient.

I have been going to Burna Vista Eye over 15 years. They are professional and friendly. I always receive great service.

Amy and her associates are always very helpful and very professional. Answer all my families questions and very knowledgeable about anything we have about contacts or eye wear.

Found them through the Cigna app. They accept Cigna for eye exams, ect but not on frames at all. Very inconvenient
