I had an amazing experience at Couture Eyewear. From the moment I walked in, the team treated me with genuine respect and kindness. After a very frustrating experience at another local optometry office earlier that day, they immediately acknowledged what had happened and made me feel heard. Chad and Susan went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my prescription. They provided sample lenses for me to try on and thoughtfully suggested that I remove my contacts for 10 minutes beforehand to ensure the most accurate assessment. That level of attention to detail meant so much. Susan also caught a prescription typo from the prior office and even helped to call and correct it for me. I truly felt cared for throughout the entire process. I'm so grateful for their professionalism, patience, and integrity. Highly, highly recommend!

I've bought several pairs of eyeglasses from here. Susan is always very helpful! Her husband, Chad, is very knowledgeable and answers any questions or concerns. Susan was very patient when I had issues with the fit of the eyeglasses I ordered. The frame was too tight, didn't feel comfortable and the weight of the lenses felt heavy. Susan recommended several solutions and with her guidance I was able to find another frame that fits my face perfectly. And, for a small additional charge, she suggested I upgrade to a lighter lens to help with the weight of the frames. Dr. Cogdill, the optometrist is very thorough with his eye exams. When he wrote me a prescription for computer glasses, I also ordered my eyewear from Couture. When the glasses came back, my sight when viewing the computer was blurred. Dr. Cogdill took the time to ask me some key questions, re-examined my eyes and wrote another prescription. Susan sent in the new prescription with the new frames and upgrade to the lenses. When the new eyeglasses came back, I could see my computer clearer and I didn't have to strain or squint to read the words on the screen. The fit of the frame was perfect and the weight was light and much improved. If you are looking for a good eye doctor, a nice selection of frames, and stellar customer service, I highly recommend Couture Eyewear. I was not disappointed and I think you won't be either. Give them a try... results never lie! I am a satisfied customer and can witness to the good service they provide!

They need to update their website to clearly show that glasses can only be ordered from 9a-4p on certain days. I left work early to get my son & order him new glasses because their websites states open til 5pm. I was rudely turned away at 4:40 p.m. because "they were closed." So basically 4-5 p.m. is just for pickups. I'd suggest finding a more dependable place to order glasses.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The people are so friendly and caring. I've never had one single issue getting glasses for either of my children and the wait for the frames is never horribly long. Their customer service is top tier!!! The communication, impeccable. I won't take my kids anywhere else for glasses!!!

Ask for Susan. She is fantastic. She was patient, friendly and a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my glasses and sunglasses.

Susan and Chad are excellent to work with! Susan has always been very helpful when I am selecting new frames. She knows what frames compliment my face and which do not. After working with her for so many years, I trust her judgement in helping me select frames that I'm comfortable with and that look nice on me. She is not there to just make a sale; she wants happy customers. They have a wide variety of quality frames; from basic to stand out/funky frames. I love allowing Couture Eyewear to help me select new frames each year.

Susan and Chad are super and helped me greatly. About a week ago, I visited Couture Eyewear. When I entered their store in Winston-Salem, I was greeted with a smile and a hello from Susan. She processed my order quickly and asked if I had any questions. The updated lenses were put in an existing pair of frames and were done to my satisfaction. Couture Eyewear even included free nose pads. They exceeded my expectations. I recommend Couture Eyewear to anyone who wants great customer service at a fair price. As an update, I called Couture Eyewear today about a screw that fell out of my glass frames, causing the right lens to fall out. I called Couture Eyewear and talked to Susan who said, " Come on in and we will fix up." I then went there the same day and Susan and Chad put a new screw in and adjusted all screws on my other two pairs of glasses for free. The frame screw that fell was from an old frame Couture put lenses in in 2021. The service was again superlative and exceeded my expectations. Couture works with you after the initial buying of glasses. See them and I believe you will get great customer service before and after the sale.
