I had a great experience with the doctor, but unfortunately the process of getting my glasses was very disappointing. I ordered two pairs of glasses, but no one ever called me to let me know when they were ready. When I stopped by in person, only one pair was available, and I specifically asked them to call me if the other pair didn't arrive. Two weeks later, I went back again, only to be told that my order had been canceled--without anyone ever contacting me. They mentioned I could get a refund of $135, but instead of processing it automatically, I was told I'd need to come in personally to pick it up. At that point, I decided to just leave the money as a credit. What made the experience even worse was the way the manager handled it. He was standing right there while I was calmly explaining my situation, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, he told me I was wrong for writing a review. When I tried to explain, he interrupted, saying, "Don't point your finger at me," even though I wasn't pointing a finger at him at all. His response was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. The moral of the story: whatever you're doing here, make sure you get it in writing and confirm everything on the spot, because follow-ups don't seem to happen. The company itself might be good in other locations, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend doing business at this one. If you go, I strongly suggest visiting their Stratford location instead.

The staff was professional and pleasant though it was a weather affected day(ice and snow on the ground making travel difficult)and they were working with a shortened staff. Got the same care and attention as if the entire staff was present.

The doctor visit was great and there is always a problem with my primary insurance. I always have a problem with getting my glasses because I was told that you all don't do things the way other places do. So this will be the last time I purchase glasses from your office because you all don't honor what my insurance says they will payout.

Went with my fiance for his annual eye exam. They did not even complete the exam, gave us the same prescription from the year prior and claimed it was a new one. Still filed the insurance for an annual eye exam. The doctor was not very welcoming and staff could not help with the prescription situation. Needless to say we are finding a new eye doctor. Would not recommend if you want to get the correct prescription.

My appt was at 1:30 10/13/25 this a medical appt I arrive bed at 1:40 & was not allowed to be seen I have to use a wheelchair with assistance as well as on oxygen, I was already not pleased with the attention get ven to my prayers bkem previous visit, surely Dr Reid didn't have a patient that will ckky, besides it took receptionist two men n to acknowledge my category be! I am amped!!!?

Everyone is always professional, polite and helpful. I have been coming here for some years and the service has always been great.

I've Ordered glasses and have called and left message 2 days in a row and still haven't heard back. The doctor i saw at office was helpful but whoever is over the eye glass place needs better customer service.

The appointment was punctual and thorough. Dr. Tran was engaged and interested in my eye health and the past years issues. I always enjoy my interactions with staff and Dr Tran.
