I had the best time at my appointment yesterday! I was helped by a very nice man named Avery, and was seen by Dr. David Lee. They were both fantastic and answered all the questions I had. After my eye exam, I was passed to Austin who was really great at their job! Every body was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and willing to help. I had such a negative experience at a different location and my visit here was such a turn around. I will definitely be back :) could not recommend this location and staff more

Seen by Ashley and she was very professional and polite. Was very informative and broke down everything I needed to know. Love the friendly atmosphere. Will be coming here again!

I have been wearing glasses for years and this was by far one of my best experiences! Ashlee was extremely helpful to both me and my husband. The entire staff is knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. The turn around to get glasses was quick and the prices were reasonable.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! The entire experience was amazing. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I found a pair of frames that fit perfectly. The manager was wonderful and so were Austin and Tiffany! I'm already excited for next years appointment!

Staff was delightful and a BIG thank you to all of them. Tiffany was super helpful finding the location and getting me checked in. Avery was professional and thorough in his part of my exam. Austin was a gem when it came time to pick out my new frames. Wonderful visit from start to finish!! Definitely recommend and will definitely be returning for my future vision needs.

I was the last appointment of the day this past Friday, and came in with new insurance not sure what to expect. Ashlee was very helpful off the bat and helped me compare contact lens's prices and figure out exactly what I should get/could get. Ashlee stayed present throughout my virtual exam and helped answer questions along the way, as did the virtual doctor. Due to it being a virtual visit, we did not have to dilate my eyes and instead used a quick and easy machine to help there. I had 2 extra dots inside my eye that had me a bit concerned, ended up they were just "floaters" but also really cool to see as the images popped up. I spoke to the dr over the tablet and went over my concerns, questions, and anything else. For real- the virtual visit is so cool, you should do it at least once. Austin helped me with my frames and checking out at the end. Both Ashlee and Austin are 2 wonderful employees I'd recommend anyone who goes to eyecarecenter to be helped by them! 10/10 recommend the current staff and the online ophthalmologist.

Ashely was very professional and helpful from the moment we got there. I believe his name was Avery but I may be wrong (I apologize if it's wrong) but he was very thorough and also very polite and professional. The experience with the doctor being virtual was different because it was my first time. However it, was efficient and to the point. We were in and out at a decent time. They were both great.

My experience at Eyecare Center on 4th Street was outstanding. I am indebted to Ashely, Avery and Dr. Lee for the best eye exam I have had in years, and to Austin for his very helpful assistance in selecting and ordering new glasses. They are all at the top of their profession.
