Dr David Lee's examination was very thorough in giving details and pertinent information regarding my vision. As a new patient of the Eye Care Center, I am very pleased with the customer service and treatment received at my first appointment. The staff was personable, professional and very thorough and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns . Dr. David Lee is very personable and was extremely knowledgeable about my care and treatment. He went as far as repeating one of my exams to ensure the results were accurate. I was very comforted by this. My new eye glasses & prescription were filled very quickly and my glasses were ready for pick up as quicky as a few days after my appointment. I have waited as long as 2,weeks at my prior Optometrist office . I also received a call to set up a follow up appointment for further evaluation which Dr. Lee ordered immediately after my appointment and also returned my call regarding an a few questions I had after I got home from my appointment. Dr. Lee and the staff at the Ear Care Center are very resourceful. I highly recommend the Eye Care Center of Winston Salem, NC.

Alyssa helped me pick out my glasses/purchase contacts. She was so nice! She helped me find the best deal with my insurance and we picked out the cutest frames! Everyone was professional. I really liked Dr. Lee. His technician was very helpful as I am in a wheelchair. The receptionist went out of her way to help me with my paperwork as I could not see due to a broken neck and not being able to wear my glasses. The Glasses technicians were equally as helpful in fitting my new bifocals. I highly recommend you.

Dr. Teague has been my doctor every since he was recommended to me by great physician, Dr. Sharon Vanoy. Dr. Teague and his staff are extremely professional, as well as being so kind, friendly, and welcoming. He is very knowledgeable about optics, and does a great job explaining everything throughout the examination. I also appreciate that his staff is willing to go the extra yard if I am having problems with the frame of my glasses, and does not mind making the needed adjustments. Truly enjoy my annual visit!!! Thr staff there st Eyecare center was very friendily and caring . I got there early for my appointment with Dr. David Lee and thru were able to see me early which meant alot considering it was after the bad ice storm . He was very thorough and took the time to talk to me about my eye vision and whst to be on the lookout for if any changes occurred between my next visit with him. The lady that did my eyeglass wear order was super kind and very efficient. I enjoyed her helping me make the right decision for my Eyewear. My grandson was treated here today. He is an athlete in 3 sports and can't wear his glasses. He has tried for several years to put in contact lenses. It's been a long process of his mom and his grandma trying to help him. Your employer Bree took time with him to build a rapport and spent so much time giving him the tools to put his lenses. I have compromised immunity. Dr Teague advised my son to come in ahead of me and let them know. They were so accommodating! Took me to a waiting area away from others. The Techs cleaned all surfaces extra carefully. They all wore masks and I was taken out a different way to avoid crowds. Exam was pleasant as always. Thank you guys!!
