We've bought 4 pairs of glasses collectively and we're about to buy another pair of their unique, fashionable and stylish glasses. Once you go here you'll never go back to another. I really wanted to support this shop, but the service was confusing and unprofessional. I was told a pair of glasses could be special ordered, left my information twice, and never heard back. When I called, the staff had no idea who I was and never followed up. For a business that promotes "inclusiveness," I left feeling ignored and dismissed. Unfortunately, they've lost my business.
