Hillcrest Vision

I called my previous eye dr, in Clemmons, for an annual eye appointment. Apparently it's been 3 years since my last eye exam. I never received an email or phone call in those 3 years. When I called, I learned that they don't take my insurance anymore. So I researched, through my insurance, to find an eye dr. I found a few that are near me and I checked out their reviews! Hillcrest Vision has 4.8 stars and I'm four minutes from them. So I called them and gave them my insurance stuff. They made my appointment! They sent me email reminders for my appointment and a form to fill out and answer some questions. They are very thorough and detailed. Day of my appointment! It was really nice that Hillcrest Vision is four minutes from me! I walked inside and was greeted at the front desk. 1st shout out to Frances, Hannah! They were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were amazing and made check in really easy!!!! In the exam room, Madison, if I'm correct, is studying to be an optometrist. She did my eye exam. She asked questions and answered some questions that I had. She was patient and very thorough. After she finished the eye exam, Dr. Miriello came in. He checked her notes, asked questions and checked my eyes as well. After Dr Miriello finished his exam, he looked at my lenses, I will say that I jokingly got disciplined about using paper towels to clean my glasses! Oopsies! They were very, very, very scratched! Three years worth. 2nd shout out to Madison and Dr Miriello. The energy was light, fun and welcoming!!!! You listened to my concerns and I could tell that you really care about the patient!!! After my exam, I went to the frames area. Karen took care of me. She listened to my concerns with the lenses and answered my questions. She was very friendly, welcoming and helpful! We went to choose my frame. For me, it's was kinda hard to really see if I liked the frames because I couldn't see and my eyes were dilated. Karen was very helpful!! She asked what color I liked and pulled some frames for me to try on. Casey, who was also in the frame area, helped me with her opinion on some frames! I did end up taking pictures and sending them to my daughter to help me choose my new frames. Karen went over the cost of the frames, lenses, antiglare and so on. She even said that if I want another pair of glasses within a timeline (like 30 or 60 days) it will be 50% off. I love that deal! The frames I got were very reasonably priced! 3rd Shout out to Karen and Casey for helping me by giving your opinions on the frames that I was looking at! Ahain thank you to those checking me in, helping me with choosing my glasses and those doing my eye exam! Y'all treated me like we were family! If I could give more stars, I definitely would! Y'all deserve it!!! I highly recommend Hillcrest Vision for your eye exams and frames/lenses! Very easy to get to from Stratford Rd!

Amazing! Hillcrest Vision was established in 2009 and I started seeing Dr Hall shortly after. The office staff has increased substantially over the years. I have complete faith in Hillcrest Vision and trust them completely with my eyes. This visit I met Dr Mark Miriello. He was AMAZING!! He was very thorough and took his time to explain everything he was seeing in my eyes. I will continue to trust HillCrest vision and would highly recommend their office to everyone.

We were lost in Mocksville after Steve Layman retired. I am very happy that Hillcrest came to town. So much better than the Summit guys where you were nothing but a number. The staff at Hillcrest is consistent, pleasant and professional. They also have state of the art equipment. I see Dr. Mark Miriello and he is outstanding. My wife now goes there also.

Was quick and easy to schedule an appointment online, staff was super helpful and honestly it was the most thorough eye appt I've had in years. Cherry on top, the checkout person didn't pressure me to purchase my contacts/glasses from them. Amazing experience and would highly recommend.

The most friendly staff ever! Everyone was well versed in their designated positions and able to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. I received one of the most thorough eye exams from the doctor and walked out with all the supplies I needed for my eye care, glasses and contacts. There is an excellent selection of frames to choose.

The entire staff at Hillcrest was friendly and welcoming. The appointment with Dr Mirello was not rushed. Allyson pre exam was relaxed making me feel very comfortable. If you are looking for a new optometrist Hillcrest is the place.

I had a wonderful experience at Hillcrest Vision. The nurses, doctor, and all the staff were very professional, kind, patient, and friendly. I really appreciated their thorough eye exam and excellent eye care services. They were very attentive during the vision test, and I truly felt well taken care of. I'm also very happy with my new glasses. Highly recommended!

The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave me a plenty of time to pick out my new glasses. I had a thorough exam. The doctor and his assistant was extremely nice and always asked if I had any questions. I highly recommend Hillcrest Vison.
