North Point Eye Center

I was looking for a new eye doctor and when I saw that North Point Eye Center not only was in my area but they took my health care provider as well, I made an appointment. 5 stars for Dr. Davis and his wife Melanie who runs the office. It's just the two of them and when I walked into the office, it felt right. And it was. In my 80 plus years, I've seen many eye doctors in my time - but no one comes close to Dr. Davis. His manner, his approach, his obvious caring is top of the line. And when my new glasses came in, he personally checked them, not a receptionist or someone there to sell frames. Don't hesitate to go to North Point Eye Center! And plenty of parking!

Been a patient of Dr. Davis for over 22 years and he is awesome. Always kind and the office is clean and very professional. Melanie who runs the front desk is very nice and my whole family have been patients here. She has been great at helping my kids pick glasses that fit their face and personality.

I have been a patient for years and Melanie and Dr. Davis's customer services is always amazing. I have always felt very comfortable with Dr. Davis and he is incredibly knowledgeable. Service is always remarkable and the speed with which I get my prescription is incredible. Highly recommend this office.

My husband and I have been patients for years. Melanie even caught a big problem when I called to see Dr. Davis and sent me to a specialist ASAP. The office is always clean and they are both so nice. Melanie is great helping you choose frames.

Eye care like it should be. Dr Davis and Melanie are caring and compassionate. They take the time to get to know you and your family and always find a few minutes to chat and catch up during your appointments. I've been a patient for years and have referred countless of my own patients here- a true family business.

I have gone to this doctor at least 15 years. You could not find a greater practice if you tried. I have received indiviudal attention regardless of the matter. I have also received emergency medical attention. I have always called and arranged to pick up contacts or glasses. They know I am on my way at a certain time. I have never expected to be taken before other clients because I viewed their needs as beneath me. This practice is run by two people. I couldn't run the desk, charges, disperse purchases, give feedback on glasses, answer phone by myself. It is a given from the beginning this is a husband and wife team running a small business. If you want quickness, non-personal service, the large practices are for you. I will settle for simple, excellent care. Dr. Davis has saved my eyesight on two occassions and I am grateful.
