This has been my Eye Dr. for 3 years now. Dr. Simpson is great and his staff are super friendly & helpful. I've never had a lengthy wait time. Environment is very clean & modern. Never an insurance issue. Ive never dealt with attitude or intense up-selling. They have a great selection of traditional & modern frames.... overall phenomenal experience every year!

I have been going to the Eye Care Group for a couple of years now. I really like going there. The staff is great! They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The Dr is awesome and always takes time to answer my questions or concerns. They have a great selection of Eyewear and their Eyewear is durable. I have just purchased my 2nd pair of glasses from them and have never had any problems with them. This is a great office to go too.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Simpson and his staff. Dr. Simpson was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and even gave me helpful recommendations tailored to my specific concerns, which I really appreciated. It never felt rushed--he made sure I fully understood my options and felt comfortable with the care plan. I also want to recognize Sarah, the tech who assisted me. She was incredibly sweet, personable, and professional. You could tell right away that she genuinely cares about her work and her patients. She walked me through the different tests she performed, making the process easy and stress-free. From start to finish, the visit felt very welcoming and professional. I left feeling confident about my eye health and grateful to have found such a great doctor and team. I would highly recommend Dr. Simpson and his office to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

These are the Best people when it comes to eye care. I have been seeing Dr. Simpson for years. He is professional, kind and "spot on" with his exams. I have always gotten excellent care and service with this group of people and highly recommend them.

Brought my daughter in for her first eye appointment and I was very very happy with the service and the frame selections from this office. The staff were friendly and willing to help my daughter feel her very best in glasses. Dr. Simpson was very thorough with the exam and answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to her vision. My daughter cannot wait to get her new glasses. We will be back!

I visited the Wallburg office. Dr. Simpson took good care of me the visit was relaxed and thorough. Left with new glasses ordered.

I have been to this practice once. No issues, I generally liked them. I received an email from them reminding me its time for my yearly. I selected a time and date for the appt but it wanted all my insurance info to book it which I did not have access to. ( Iam at work on. my break). So, I called the office. Im then told " thats a medical slot not for yearly appt sorry". So I say ok give me the next one listed on Thursday...she tells me " im sorry, that one is to. ..but I can get you in in 2 weeks". Forget it. I get a real sour taste when you invite me to make an appt for my yearly but then retract it because you want to save it for someone else. Are you telling me that if I had put my insurance in, the system would have booked it but you would have called me to cancel it after taking the time to fill out all the paperwork??Forget it. Sounds like shady business practices and I don't need you ..you need me. I will find some where else for my eyecare. I will be sure to tell my co workers the same . I should report this office.
