I can't say enough about Dr. Vo, Gretchen, and the entire Triangle Visions- Winston Salem team. When I experienced an unexpected and incredibly painful cornea trauma, they jumped in immediately, truly an all-hands-on-deck response.
Their professionalism was matched only by their compassion. They treated my situation with urgency, thoroughness, and a level of care that made me feel less like a patient and more like family. Every resource they had, they used. Every question I had, they answered. And every step of the way, I felt seen, supported, and in capable hands.
It's rare to find a team that combines technical expertise with genuine humanity. Triangle Visions- Winston-Salem, did exactly that, and I am deeply grateful for their dedication and exceptional care.

Great experience in person but I have tried to receive prescription info over email five times over the last two years. The rep always reassured me I will receive it and I never have. They've confirmed my preferred email with me so I know they have my correct contact information. It's important to me to have autonomy over a prescription I pay for, and it's starting to feel like I'm getting boxed out to stop me from seeking glasses elsewhere which has tainted an otherwise great experience.

I have been going to Triangle for 5 years. Dr. Elliot WAS great. Ever since he left they haven't been great. You never know if the doctor is in. You could have an appointment for months, and then a week before they cancel. I'm done!

I don't normally leave reviews but Dr. Vo was so great I had to. I was a new patient here and referred to Eye Care Group in High Point - they had no appointments so they offered for me to go to the Winston location. I believe Triangle Vision bought out Eye Care Group or something like that (over my head lol). Dr. Vo was very patient, addressed all my concerns and you could tell she was listening to understand and not just respond. I hate going to the eye doctor and she made me feel so comfortable. She also took her time on the prescription part and didn't rush me. She gave me great product recommendations to get rid of some build up on my lash line. Very personable and highly recommended from me!!
