It's so nice going to the Vision Center because Phyllis is so helpful and takes time with you. She's very personal and she's the best. I will never go anywhere else long as she's there. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. She is sooo very sweet and the very best.

This is my first visit to this location in over 15 years. The young lady who checked me in was very friendly and the check-in itself was pretty easy. The doctor was also a friendly one with the gift of gab, but he made sure that i had the right prescription for each eye (versus the convenience of writing the same prescription for both eyes the past 10 years). And the store manager, Phyllis D was extremely helpful in making sure that I got exactly what I wanted, at a reasonable price, and left the center completely satisfied. Overall a great experience

I shared with the optician that I had a pair of progressive lens glasses that I was not able to use prior to coming to Walmart because they made me nauseous and dizzy.
The lady insisted these Progressives are different you'll be fine with them. They were the most expensive progressive lens. I got them and couldn't wear them .. I would have had a car accident if I tried . She had assured me that if they didn't work out I could get a refund or a replacement.
The best they did was to give me a straight prescription with no bifocal and without The transition lens that gets dark inside the car even though that was what I paid for. They said they would have everything I paid for Just not progressive . Overall extremely disappointed for the hard sell despite my objections. I have a pair of useless glasses
