Dr. Clemans is a wonderful doctor. She is very kind, compassionate and very patient. She is very knowledgeable. Her and her staff are very friendly and efficient. The office is very clean. When you need to be seen on an urgent basis they do everything they can to get you in right away. I highly recommend this doctor. Both Strongsville and Berea offices are absolutely wonderful.

I cannot recommend Dr. Clemons highly enough. She is professional yet very personable. She is very thorough and educated yet doesn't talk over your head when explaining things. She has been my eye doctor for 10 years and I won't go anywhere else. The staff is top notch as well. Very friendly with great customer service! You won't be disappointed if you choose this eye practice!

I was scheduled for a 3pm appt and wasn't called back until almost 3:30pm. I saw the receptionist talking to someone in a room, just leaning against the doorway. There was no other customer in the office. Receptionist did not believe me that I didn't have a vision card and wanted my regular medical card even thought I told her it wouldn't cover any part of the appointment. I give 4 stars for that reason. The doctor and assistant were great, no complaints. The lady who helped pick out my glasses was professional and very helpful and patient.
