Family Eye Care

Daniel-Engle Family Eye Care is such an awesome, professional group of people. I have been wearing glasses my entire life and have seen quite a few Optometrists and Ophthalmologists and Dr Jon Engle is simply the best! I recently started seeing Dr Jon for an emergency situation. He got me into his office same day, prescribed some medication and got me into a Retina Specialist the very next day. The practice employs the newest state of the art technology including Virtual Reality visual field testing. Dr. Jon takes the time to get to know his patients, thoroughly explains the issues and test results, and answers any and all questions that you may have. He makes you feel very comfortable while in his office. The optician, Karen, is equally as awesome and very knowledgeable about the latest lens technologies. I highly recommend Family Eye Care for all of your vision care needs!

Horrible experience with Dr. Jennifer Engle and her entire staff. The Dr. gave me the wrong prescriptions twice, no apologies, nothing. Her staff never calls to follow up after your appointment to make sure that you are doing well with your prescription. The first time they never even called me to tell me that my glasses were ready for pick-up, I had to call them. Also, they make you wait 2-3 weeks to get your glasses. Plus they tell you to wait 2-3 weeks to get used to your new prescription. Meanwhile they don't even check on you. They don't guide you to choose the right frames or lenses, they don't take the measurements to fit your frames and your lenses properly. Also, they are quick to charge your card but when you are asking for a refund, they give you a check that takes 1 week or more to get deposited back to your account. Avoid this place at all costs. I ended up finding another eye doctor and he got my prescription right from the first appointment and I had my glasses ready in a week.

I've been a patient of Family Eye Care for quite a few years, Dr Engle and staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Karen is very friendly and kind and knowledgeable. I love my new glasses, she is patient and she helped me find the right pair of glasses that compliment my personality and facial features. I highly recommend Family Eye Care, you will leave just as pleased as I am.

I love coming to Dr. Jennifer Engle for my eye care! She is very sweet and personable. I followed them from the previous location, and love the "new" location. All the staff is very friendly!!! I am super happy with my choice of eye care, and don't want to go anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Engle's practice for over 40 years. When Dr. Terry retired I switched to Dr. Jen. I have special issues with my eyes and I 100% trust I am getting the best care in the area. They treat me like family and are very accommodating if I need to change an appointment. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone in search of an optomotrist. They also have Saturday hours. 5 out of 5!!!

Best eye care doctors around!! I have been a patient for over 32 years and will continue on with adding my children as patients as well. The staff and doctors have always held the highest standard of care in treating my family and me, they are all so caring and personable. Dr. Terry Daniel always took the time to explain what the scans and test results mean. They are doctors that truly care and take the time with you. The office is always clean and welcoming. I trust them with my eye care as I have vision issues to watch out for. If you want an amazing professional family eye doctor office, I highly recommend this family owned business!

This was my first time going to an eye Dr that wasn't americas best since I was a kid and I feel like the testing was so much better. The staff was all so nice. They had a sign that said they were short staffed but I was still in and out within 30 mins. I didn't get glasses there so they made sure my prescription was printed out and ready before I left. I definitely think I will continue coming here for my exams

I have been going to Daniel & Engle Family Eye Care in Berea for many years. I highly recommend Dr Engle and his team. He is always professional and always answers any concerns I have during my visit. Also, Karen in the Optical Department always meets my sight, style, comfort, and budget in choosing the right glasses.
