I went in today to get my glasses fixed there was only one other customer in front of me, didn't take them long to get to me. I had two pairs of glasses that needed fixed, He took about 15 minutes tbh. One fix was risky to fix but I didn't doubt the optometrist.. he didn't charge me at all, great free service!

Wonderful family owned business. Very kind and caring staff and the doctor is patient but thorough. He knows what he's doing and I was relieved at how patient he was. I have a hyperactivity disorder and PTSD but I experienced problems with neither at any point of this appointment. Calm cool collected and professional all around. Thanks Doc!!!! Great selection of frames too.

Been coming here ever since I was like 10, they're always nice and I can't recall a single bad experience here. My whole family goes here. One thing, a warning not about the place itself but the area. It's a pretty unsafe area. A few years ago their window got shot (?) so if you come it would probably be a good idea to bring someone else with you just in case.

They do not follow HIPAA laws relating to disclosure of patient information. I am reporting this place to the ADA, the FTC, and the State Medical Board of Ohio for discrimination. DO NOT GO HERE WITHOUT A LAWYER PRESENT!
