Dr shieh was very nice! Apologize for the wait! But was very thorough and explained everything very well. Really has a nice group working there. You could see the great teamwork. I think that I would like next time to get a paper stating my diagnosis.

The people were exceptionally kind and seemed to treat patients well. My appointment was at 3:00 and at 4:45, I still had not seen the doctor. I had another commitment at 5:30 and I live 30 miles from the doctor's office so I had to leave and need to reschedule. It would have been so much more helpful if I had been told how far behind the doctor was and given a choice at the point of checking in to reschedule rather than sit there and fret about the time slipping away. I never imagined that my appointment at 3 would stretch that late or I would not have made it in conjunction with another appointment that had a time attached.

Everyone is very pleasant but professional. Everything was explained to me each step of the way.
