Great experience. Friendly, prompt service. Knowledgeable, efficient staff. Comfortable and hospitable setting. Two minor issues include: the waiting area is a bit cramped and awkward, and could use a bit of a re-do. The link I received for filling out information ahead of time was incorrect/broken, so using the tablet on-site was not ideal. Overall, excellent experience from entry to exit!

I love coming to Belden Optometry! The doctors and staff care about you as a person, and they take time to answer any questions you have. I asked some questions about what the pictures of the eye meant in the exam room, and the doctor took the time to explain what the charts and each of my prescriptions meant! It was very nice of him. I look forward to coming back for my exam each year. Definitely by far my most favorite doctor visits!

Dr. Amy Patel was terrific! She was very thorough and answered all my questions!
I had to take my 4 yr old Granddaughter with me, and, Dr. Patel had no problem with her being in the room with me! Her assistants were friendly, knowledgeable and worked very quickly with extreme efficiency together to check my eyes and answer questions!
The staff was amazing! I spoke with Dennis several times when questions would come into thought, and, he was so patient and helpful each time!
