I initially went in to update my prescription and get a pair of glasses. That went smoothly except they got my prescription wrong. I go to pick up my glasses and they are useless to me. They still tell me to take them and bring them back when I get re-examed. They didn't even offer to book the reexamination. I'm not going to be confident in the new prescription as a result. I should have gone elsewhere and so should you. I'll be pursuing a refund as soon as I can.
