Worst place I have ever been, would have been better off at walmart. My wife was tested for her glasses oh wait no they just used a prescription that was for her last eye exam about 5 years ago took over a month to get her glasses then the were twice the price I was told. Don't waste your money or your time go ANYWHERE else but here.I went here going off the reviews and that was a HUGE mistake.

If I could rate Eisenbrei Optical it would be more than 5 stars!! They are so kind and are so willing to help you, even in emergency situations. I now live an hour away and I'm still going to Eisenbrei Plaza Optical. The only place you get true customer service and an in house lab that is done by the owner himself!

When I woke up to broken glasses I freaked out bc I'm super blind. I was referred to plaza by Wal-Mart 62 bc I needed glasses TODAY. They squeezed me in at 4:30 & had me in New, more flattering, glasses by 5:45. Mark even gave me a #smallbusinesssaturday discount! (Very helpful since I don't have insurance) I will literally NEVER go to another eyeglass place again.
