I called an scheduled appts for myself an my daughter. The practice was on the website when i searched on my benefits site. Weeks out of course. I gave the girl all my information, eye insurance and health insurance that she insisted they had to have on file. I told her I only need eye exams an contact lenses for both of us. I left work at lunch on a Fri an drove 30 min to the office. Checked in an waited 20 minutes for them to call my name an say we don't take your vision insurance. I was polite an left but tell me why this girl who scheduled my appointment didn't know how to confirm my insurance was accepted ? So aggravating
